We stayed at this property over the civic long weekend. The stay was great from start to finish. We arrived early and the gentleman at the front desk was able to arrange for us to have a room ready for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. In fact, the entire hotel was clean and comfortable! We booked a time slot for the kids to enjoy the indoor pool. The pool was chilly but the kids still had fun. The grab and go breakfast exceeded our expectations. Excellent breakfast sandwiches which we heated in our room. The location is great…a 5 minute walk to beautiful Marathon beach. I have zero complaints and will definitely book this gem again for our next visit to North Bay!

Stayed here for business in early October after Thanksgiving. Rooms was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had many amenities that suited my needs. The staff was great during the checking in process. They also offered a social during the evening which was an added bonus on this stay.

Stayed 1 night on Tuesday Dec 20th. 2 Queen beds in a separate room... shower and toilet in their own room, sink and mirror with a clothes closet off the bedroom. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is in wall mounted pump bottles as is hand soap and body lotion. Entry way has a stainless steel full size GE fridge, a two burner induction cooktop, microwave, deep sink, full size dishwasher, lots of drawers, and pretty much all kitchenware for cooking. Also has a kettle, and a coffee maker. Living room has a 3 seater pull out couch/bed, a lazy boy type of chair, rolling coffee table and a footstool. Desk in bedroom and a large flat screen TV in each room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Sheri at check in and check out was the friendliest person in North Bay! Great asset on the front desk. :) (Snow removal on this visit was better than my last visit in 2021 thanks)…

We've visited twice now and both times (almost 3 years apart) have been so enjoyable. The full Suite style room with seperate bed room is perfect for our family. The small kitchenette is well appointed and everything is so clean. The team takes great pride in what they do and every aspect of our stay was top notch. We love using it as a home base when visiting family and the kids love the pool. The breakfast each morning was always a hit, plenty to choose from and the waffle station won over our kids. Great location, walking distance to some great shopping and restaurants and the waterfront! Keep up the great work!

Stayed here two nights. Located near many restaurants, I definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were great with full fridge, cook plate and dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffer was also very good every morning, offering a large variety of options.

Had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Doing business in North Bay this spot was perfect for a few days, full suite hotel. My room had a really spectacular bathroom with a standup shower AND a beautiful raised entry hot tub. Contemporary design room, lots of plugs and even USB port. Hotel is nice, just spotless and the staff were so chipper and cheerful. Breakfast was a little off one day, eggs were scrambled poorly. The next day, 10/10 fluffy western omelette with sausage links and fresh home fried potatoes…coffee was very good. Breakfast ended up being a highlight in the end. Pool is good for kids, very safe, smaller and shallow. Parents will appreciate this design. This hotel is very close to the waterfront with walking and biking trails nearby. Good food options nearby too and the hotel has very diverse food options in the little lobby shop! Not just snacks but legit pizza pockets and ice cream options.…

Walking distance to Lake Nipissing. Suggest if time permits a leisure walk to the Lake and surrounding trail. Met the expected standards of Homewood Suites. There appears that a consensus highlight is the do it yourself Waffles at the complimentary breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are large and excellent. I'm not sure if every room has a kitchen but ours did have this option. The room also had a living area which was quite nice. Location is also perfect near the harbor and the beach. In my opinion the best hotel option when staying in North Bay.

Stayed here again. 3rd time. Room was very clean, centrally located, close to water front. Forgot my I watch, house keeping found and we returned 5 days later to get it without any problems. Close to plenty of places to eat. Great parking and the best handicapped washroom I’ve ever been in
