Very clean and well appointed The bed was very comfortable with quality pillows. Bathroom was well stocked and clean. Only stayed one night but will definitely stay here again when in North Bay and will recommend the Lincoln Inn to my friends

stayed a couple nights while visiting family and it wasnt bad. Beds were clean and it was nice and quiet, however there was a faint cigarette smell in the room but i got noseblind to it after a while. Overall not perfect and not fancy but not a bad place to stay at.

This can’t be same place that has the photos in TA. We pulled in to a very tired looking motel with buddy in the back corner working on his truck, a car with a busted out back window, the smell of pot and a bunch sitting outside having a fun time. Ok,,, pay, get the key, get in the room to a strong odour of cat pee (??? Perhaps???) dingy, and honestly, I didn’t even look at the cleanliness factor because of the smell. Wow, definitely not the same room as the pictures on the net. Turned around, got refunded and went elsewhere. You only have one chance at a first impression.

Cold December nite. Check in fine, room clean, comfortable bed. No noisy heater....bonus! Bathrooms have been recently renovated. Morning breakie just cereal, coffee and bananas. Road might be noisy in summer.

Rooms were nice look to be recently renovated. Didn't try the complimentary breakfast but all in all a good stay. Only negative was the internet. It was terrible, so slow was pretty much unusable. We didn't really need it so it wasn't a big deal. Would stay here again.

I was in North Bay for a funeral and decided at the last minute to stay overnight. I saw the Lincoln and decided to check it out. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows are too fluffy. I would definitely stay at this reasonably priced motel again.

Stayed here while travelling through on motorcycle. Ended up staying two nights due to bad weather. Nice clean motel. Office reception was great and very helpful. NIce clean room with a CLEAN coffee pot and 2 packs of regular coffee compared to just one being the norm. I would definitely stay here again.

Economical, cozy, and quiet. I love this place and will definitely be back! Close 5o malls and close to beautiful Lake Nippissing! Very clean and the free breakfast is great! I highly recommend it!!!!!

We stayed in a standard room for two nights. Clean and comfortable, large TV and nice coffee in room. The bathroom had been renovated but note the motel is older style. Internet worked well, the bed was smaller than we prefer but typical for this area and price range. Breakfast was usual cereal and muffins however coffee pods were nice. Good location, near shops, takeaway and lake.
