Check in was fast and easy. Dan was very friendly and welcomed us with a smile. The room was very clean and spacious. Well appointed. The location is quiet with lovely well maintained grounds. Drive right up to your door which is so handy to bring in your belongings. We liked it so much we decided to stay another night because we felt we were not find one that would suit us better. Would highly recommend.

The Nipissing Inn is very clean and well run. The rooms are clean and private with small fridge , microwave and tv and WiFi. the beds are comfortable. You are able to drive up to your room and there is a bench seat outside your room.

The place was well run and the owners were very friendly and welcomed our feedback or suggestions. The room was clean and spacious. It was centrally located for our needs. I would not hesitate to tell my friends and family to stay there.

Super clean place. Lovely owners . 5 minutes from restaurants and stores and lcbo. Just off the highway but good and quiet. Easy check in - 24 hours - towels, small fridge , shampoo god closet ironing board. King sized bed but clean clean clean !!

The motel was very quiet, very clean and quite comfortable. We traveled with a 1 year old and the room was spacious for her to roam around. Easy access to and from the highway. Only takes a few minuets to drive to the restaurants/stores/beaches. Sad we were only there for the one night. Will return in the future!

Happy to stay there again, room was great. Just stayed one night but would have been fine for a longer journey. It's easy to find, right on the main road into North Bay, and easy to get to down town area from there.

We were just passing through Ontario from Maine to Michigan and needed a place for the night. This was a great choice. It was very clean, quiet and the owner very friendly and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for the night.

Very clean and quiet. Owners very friendly and offered advice on the area. Newly renovated. Comfortable beds.Only downside was there was only one coffee pod and no breakfast offered. But good value for the money.

The room was a nice and clean. The room that I had was quite large and had a kitchen that had everything I would have needed. The owners are friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting North Bay.

I have stayed here numerous times when I have to work late or the weather is too bad to drive home. The owners are ALWAYS super nice and accommodating when I call them. The rooms are quiet, clean and the beds are comfortable. You are always greeted with a smile. It is a nice break from the big chains. There is a microwave and a fridge in your room if you want to have food there. Drive up to the door, nice little bench to sit outside, picnic area in the summer if you want. Clean, quiet comfortable and affordable. What more could you ask for.
