Hotel's Favourite
Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good considering co-vid and the women working the breakfast area was a joy! Location is close to restaurants and grocery stores and maybe a five-seven minute drive from the beach! Will definitely stay here again! EC

Excellent accommodations, service with a smile, lots of pillows, adjustable temperature, close parking, clean lobby with lots of amenities. Breakfast is served as early as 6 am with lots to choose from.

the hotel was central to everything from tim hortons and lot 88 but for the price of a night and having no hot water the next day to shower before we ventured on our way was not very hygienic --- hotel did not feel welcoming and the fact that you had to book housekeeping 24 hr in advance made the hotel even more unsanitary and unclean .

We were flying out of north bay to Toronto for our trip to Mexico. The check in was quick and easy they even offered us a baggie packed with snacks for breakfast because they knew we were leaving early. Room was clean and comfortable and modern. Loved it.

I just stayed a night. It's an average run of the mill just okay kind of hotel. Nothing special about it. Maybe the pickings are slim in North Bay. The room looked tired and need of updating. The bathroom was just average. The lighting average. The pillows were awful in my opinion. The bed was okay. The elevator had a sign in it which said that they don't offer nightly room service. I suppose that means they don't make the beds up each day. Really? for 165 dollars? This hotel gets a sold C. Nothing bad to say but nothing great either.

Stayed for a week on business. Great spot close to many restaurants. Has a not bad gym and a pool as well. The staff was super friendly and the included breakfast was pretty good. Only issue is that they only provide room service once a week unless you ask in advance.

I would stay here again. Everything was clean and beautiful. Location was amazing close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. I didn’t have to drive anywhere. Food was terrific. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was perfect for the kids.

Stayed overnight an a long road trip back to Toronto. Large rooms, good beds (a bit dark though). Restaurant served ample breakfast, noting spectacular but convenient, It serves its purpose more than well.

The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly. We appreciated the complimentary water at the front desk. Breakfast offers multiple options including DF milk, colouring books for the kids provided under the buffet in the breakfast area, and the cutest little waffles. I would choose to stay at this hotel again.
