We visit North Bay about one a year, and this Hotel is the only one we consider. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms indoor pool, and located close to everything. There are lots of restaurants close by, but the best one in town, Farina, is on site, serving excellent breakfasts and dinners. One note-if you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the main floor close to the lobby.

Beautiful room. Extremely clean. Very quiet. Staff was very nice. Only negative I had I like paying with debit card and you have to put a $400.00 deposit for the night. Don’t mint putting a deposit but $400.00 was a little steep.

The room was clean and comfortable, everything was in good shape, clean and worked as expected. The staff were friendly, patient, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we had a lovely time achieving a great state of R & R. Thanks to the staff and Best Western.

Stayed for one night. Decor is out dated and need renovations for the price of the stay. Our bathroom wasn't as clean as it should of been with hair left on the floor. It is a pet friendly hotel maybe thsts ehy it's not updated!

Room clean. Dining room excellent food. Excellent wait staff. Very friendly front desk staff, very nice to have a dining room of this caliber right in the hotel. Also pool and hot tub are great. A lot of great amenities and this hotel is just across from Lake Nipissing.

Nice hotel, with great staff, the restaurant was excellent.the location was good for our trip to north bay, the only issue we had was a missing light bulb in the room, very quiet, which is the one thing we really want.

The staff at this hotel are extremely rude and not very helpful. Had a reservation booked and upon check in was informed of paper work they require so honor the special rate. We would have gladly brought the paperwork if they had let us know before hand. No attempt to help out or even be nice.

I stayed there for five nights to arrange our conference. The staff were helpful and responsive, especially Destiny was super nice and kind. Went out of her way to be helpful. Helped a lot with the conference experience! Spacious parking and close to many different kinds of food nearby.

This is a beautiful place and a great location. We enjoyed the restaurant. Our only displeasure was the lack of an elevator, which would've made it easier. The dining room and breakfast were very nice!

When I booked our accommodations I didn’t specify ground floor to acccomodate my disability. On arrival the front staff spent over 40 minutes rearranging guests to accommodate my needs. After 2 days in the room we both developed pet allergies and requested another move.Again Tracy worked her manic moving folks to make sure we were looked after. We will definitely stay here again
