My comment was deleted about me letting the public know that there's BEDBUGS in this motel that hasn't been rectified! This has been an ongoing issue with this motel and NOTHING has been done about it. How could you guys allow your guests to stay there knowing FULL WELL that it's infested with BED BUGS!??

I was here for one night as I was wrapping up some matters in North Bay. I had a decent room with a couch and a pretty comfortable bed. It was reasonably clean and it was obvious that the room had been renovated, however one could see minor details that could be updated. These issues are not worth mentioning unless you are particularly nit picky. The staff were quite friendly and made my stay that much more pleasant. If I’m in North Bay again, I shall consider the Knights Inn.

We got bitten by bed bugs but didn’t realize until we killed two on our last night! Even after showing the management our bites, the carcasses and even an old carcass under the mattress, they said they “would need to confirm” and weren’t sure they were bed bugs. They did nothing to help with the items we had to replace or even laundry costs. There seems to be no recourse unless we bring bed bugs home as a result! They did not clean rooms regularly even when we needed service and the first time, threw out personal belongings which were not anywhere near the garbage, denied it and I had to dumpster dive to retrieve it. Not a good experience.

As someone who has worked in the hotel industry, I appreciate a quality stay with a different perspective than some. After reading the reviews for this property, I was a bit hesitant, though I was pleasantly surprised. The check in was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and well maintained, and the bed comfortable. Check out was equally friendly and efficient. If you want a 5 star stay, pay $100 plus more and get what you’re looking for. This property gives you good value for a good rate. I would recommend the Knights Inn in North Bay

We Booked the reservation through Wyndham site. Clean comfioratable rooms at a very reaasonable price. located in downmtown North Bay for easy walking to events. Good wifi Breakfast was basic but nourishing.

Great facility and great price. Stayed here and it was quiet there was no noise, great bed, tv was large enough.. parking if you have a trailer is tight. The price advertised was the price paid no funny business. Will definately be staying again.

For the rate charged, we thought the place would have been cleaner. It is like a little motel where the parking is in a courtyard and the rooms surround it. People were yelling - either in the courtyard or in the area on and off all night. Our room had an odd smell like mildew and old building. And the decorative pillows on the bed had a significant amount of black hair on them. It was kind of gross. We did not eat breakfast or use the internet so we cannot comment on that. I wouldn't recommend this place for families. Check in/out was easy.

It's a Joint. Located downtown, but not a nice place. Dirty rooms, strangely laid out courtyard/parking lot. It looks like a place where crime happens. The tiny driveway into the parking looks like a mouse trap. So tiny. Once they go in, they can never get out. It is down right scary here. No elevator just dangerous looking stairs. If you like furniture from 1972, this is the place for you.

I'm wondering if we're talking about the same hotel as the last two reviews. The office was clean and airy. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we decided to book a room, we were wondering what we were getting into as the price was low, but we need not have worried. It's cheaper because it's in the middle of town. The room was clean. We had wifi and all the hot water pressure we needed in the bathroom plus adequate plug ins. It was a good experience and we were stay again should we ever be in the North Bay area again.

Stayed here one night the place needs demolishing and a rebuild. Reception smells the rooms smell blankets on the bed have holes in trio hazard going from bedroom to bathroom loo roll holder missing not very clean at all booked room for 4 but only 2 sets of towels. Bathroom window over grown with plants. What a dump and breakfast was not that good very limited
