Let's start with the ugly...the hotel is under major construction so it is not an attractive site, but in all fairness the renovations are very much overdue and there really is no pretty way to do the job. The rooms are pretty ugly too, and smell old, but by the looks of the design boards in the lobby I am...

This has to be the worst hotel I've stayed at in over 40 years of travel in Canada. It reminds me of hotels I stayed at in India and Bangladesh in the late '70s, only it's worse. The hotel is basically a big construction site. There are no facilities here. The "lobby" is a tiny desk in a hall. There...

Let me begin to say the original hotel was the Holiday Inn then changed to Quality Inn and now its final name Durham Hotel. An experience I have never seen before in all my travels around the world....the only thing that was right was the ADDRESS I inputted in my GPS...the hotel as you drive up was under renovations. Give...

I booked it via their Web site which showed nice rooms, nice hotel, a lobby with a nice bar. The place is a dump. It is being gutted and being renovated. Outside walls are stripped, dirty hallways from workers walking around, no lobby just a dirty room they converted to a registration desk, no bar, fitness club and the pool...

Stayed here due to a hockey tournament booking. Drove up and immediately realized I'd stayed here before...a year or so previously. Hotel looked to be at about the same level of (de)construction only now even less functional. Pool was closed. Hotel lobby now moved to a hallway and the restaurant closed. Hotel had just seemed to change ownership yet all...

We needed an inexpensive hotel for a night on the road between Montreal and Niagara Falls. We booked the hotel based on price and pictures offered on the booking web site. I'm not sure when these pictures were taken or even if it was the same hotel, but they did not accurately describe the hotel. We pulled in late and...

We stayed here September 2016. The whole place was under construction. Some rooms were smoky. There was mold on the ceilings. The outside doors into the hotel were unlocked all the time. There was no lobby just a small check in room. You have to enter the side door and walk up to floor 2 or walk strait to first...

We stayed there last weekend for a car show with a group of 7. The place was under construction so outside looked terrible but the room was fine. The bed was comfy, shower was awesome and the location is really convenient. However, the staff were less than helpful and down right confused! We asked about breakfast and was told it...

We stayed just one night in this hotel, but found it to be very well run and a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious and the layout was very efficient. The breakfast was also in a large enough area for everyone to eat, and the selection was pancakes, fresh fruit, juice, eggs and salsa.
