Very cute room. We had a private washroom which is always nice. Nice touches here and there, homemade cookies and a very good breakfast. The hosts are friendly, despite the fact that they let my surprise anniversary plans out of the bag. While this was very disappointing for me, I would have to say I am impressed with everything else.

As we drove up I was concerned about the B&B because it was located in a newer house in a city subdivision. I was expecting an old house as most B&Bs are in older houses or eclectic buildings. Steve met me at the door and was extremely warm and friendly. He showed us to the room and we were immediately...

We stayed at Paddington Place on our way to Cambridge ON. We were met immediately upon arriving by Suzzane. As she welcomed us pointing out the amenities, discussing her plan for breakfast, she showed us to our suite, where she had delicious homemade cookies prepared for us. The breakfast was excellent both days, made us want to extend our stay! The freshly baked goods was a delight. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Very ideal location, as the area...

We stayed for one night at Paddington Place en route from Niagara to Montreal. It is in a lovely residential street, quiet other than the birds singing in the trees behind the house. We had a lovely welcome from Stephen when we arrived. The room was huge and very comfortable. We slept very well and awoke to an excellent and...
