We stopped over in Sarnia on our way to Toronto. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and relaxing with very attentive staff. Would stay here again.

The room was fine, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had dinner there which was very good. Steak done as requested. The staff was obliging and attentive. Breakfast on the other hand was not that great; it is included. Sausage, potato squares and very anaemic looking scrambled eggs (which were not fresh but probably from a box. Tasteless. Yogurt...

The only pleasant sounds surprise was the lady in the restaurant every morning we went for breakfast. She was very pleasant. Housekeeping was never present for the three days we...

I travel to Sarnia often, and Quality Inn is normally my "Go To" Hotel. The beds are comfortable, and everyone is always so courteous. If it wasn't for the Front Desk staff and Restaurant Staff I would pick another Hotel. This morning however, I was disappointed to find out that there were no eggs available to have with my breakfast....

We chose this hotel because it was close to the border crossing. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The next time we chose it because of the restaurant & weren't disappointed. Even better the breakfast is served there as well & is better than most. Try it, you'll be glad you did.

They have a young and energetic staff, keeping the hotel clean and providing good service for the price. I would recommend trying the restaurant dine-in. Booking rooms online were easy. Overall, good experience

My first room was OK but there was some type of group function with kids and adults hanging out in the halls and all over the hotel. Needles to say it was very noisy and invasive so we asked to move rooms. The front desk politely obliged and we moved...Into a room that wasn't cleaned. The front desk gave us...
