Get a room in the newer section since the bathrooms are bigger. We had to close the door to use the sink. The hot breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. Staff great. Did not need a microwave or frig.
This is a great hotel with an amazing pool area! Our kids loved swimming in the pool, great fun.

It would not be practical for most people to walk to the Festival or Avon Theatres. The Festival Theatre is about 2.5 km from the hotel and the Avon Theatre is about 3.5 km away. Further, there is no sidewalk for the first 150 m and the walk along Ontario Street is not among the most picturesque.
