Built in 1905, the Queen's Inn is on the corner of Waterloo and Ontario on the edge of Stratford's "downtown," was kind enough to give us a suite at their corporate rate because my wife and I had arrived to attend a family member's celebration of life. Although the furniture looked a little tired and the lighting was dim on...

Delightful welcome at the front desk. And very helpful staff. Fun Pub and cosy, lovely room, comfortable bed and big windows that open, always a plus for this fresh air fiend. Only complaint, no coffee in the room, but no worries….Tim's is right across the street. Will definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. We are a family owned and operated Inn, and we rely on referrals from guests for much of our business. We have coffee stations on each floor, with freshly brewed coffee, starting at 6 a.m., and some of our rooms also have in-room coffee makers, but we are looking at including them...

this is an older hotel with the character of its period circa early 1900's. It is very well located allowing you to walk to most attractions and venues. There is a pub adjoining the Inn with good reviews and Features restaurant across the intersection which also recieves very good reviews. The staff is friendly and most helpful. Our double room...

First thing noted on parking was the sign that forbade gang colours..not an auspicious start! But the front desk was fabulous and very helpful. We made our way to our room overlooking the parking lot. We changed and left the room to discover- the elevator was out of order! Being on the 3rd floor we traipsed down and were told...

I have been visiting Stratford for 16 seasons. I have stayed with the Queens Inn for 13 seasons. I say 'stay with' as I fell we are staying with family. This is a family run establishment that makes us feel welcome. Barb and Larry are owners and operators. Their son runs the pub attached, The Boars Head. All the staff...

The hotel has character. It was built in the 1850's so its old but in many ways it hasn't been maintained. The rooms are small, the halls are so worn you feel like your going to fall through. The best part is the pub next door, it really is like stepping back in time.

Omg I'm so upset I didn't stay here before. We have been going to this tourney for the last 4 years and stayed at other hotels. This place is the best. Right down town in the heart of Stratford. The rooms are very spacious and very affordable. Love the staff. The pub has great food and entertainment. When I go...

Our mom was in Stratford hospital. I had lunch at Henry's the week before as I went to the festival so I knew of this spot. The owner's gave us a super discount upon hearing of our need to stay in Stratford. So very kind of them and completely unexpected. The room was big and we loved that you could...

This inn has a great location and it is reasonably priced. We got a small room but they did warn us but because we were only there for 1 night, we didn't mind. This hotel is pet friendly which is a must for us. Also the staff seemed pretty friendly. The inn itself is a touch dated but given the...

Stratford, Ontario is a wonderful city, with great mom and pop stores, beautiful river walks, and just flat out nice folks. Queens inn was the best part of my vacation. There is an amazing theatre community in Stratford, I saw "Hamlet", and many in my group enjoyed "The sound of music". Highly recommend for those who are looking for sophisticated...
