Clean, friendly, and nice in the important areas, like bathroom, fridge, microwave. Older motel trying to rennovate. It is located in an industrial area, so don't look for a view. Online booking saves us money, too. Continental breakfast.

Good budget hotel. No real amenities nearby, but lots within a few kilometers. There is a restaurant in the hotel. It seems rather industrial in the area, but that's most of Sudbury so no big deal. The staff was friendly and the room we had was clean and quiet. Renovations are underway in certain parts so it will probably be...

Great rate for very comfortable stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms and hot water pressure is very good in shower. Breakfast was good and variety of breads, begals, fruits, yogurt, juice, waffle, coffee, etc. Restaurant(Siizle Mongolian Grill) in hotel has very delicious and healthy food. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip of university in Sudbury.

This hotel has had some renovations to the rooms (TV's, beds/linen & vanities plus much more). This has upgraded the property but, there is a need to upgrade more. The breakfast area and lobby is one of the first impressions made on guests and these areas need to be next and fast tracked. Attention to detail in the painting, cleaning...

There is nothing special about place, It is an "OK" motel to stay at during a road trip. The place claims to be renovated, but I would rather use definition "partially updated". There is a mix of outdated and updated features. Continental breakfast was good.

For a hotel that has a 2 star rating, its really not bad at all! Reasonable rates compared to some of the other much more expensive rooms in Sudbury. Hotel room was clean, and has a modern feel to it once inside. Free wifi, cable, and continental breakfast. Kinda odd washroom, with high windows that connect to the hallway to...

This is an older Inn under renovation. The room we stayed in had been updated and freshly painted but still looked older. It was clean and comfortable and the linens were great. Only the main floor is wheelchair accessible. There was new carpeting throughout. The breakfast was great with cereal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, muffins, coffee, & juice available. The staff...

It's an affordable yet nice place to stay for budget-minded travelers. The place was renovated recently so the interior and furniture are relatively new, and there's complimentary breakfast -- albeit not the greatest but still something. I would stay over again if I happen to be in the area.

We were looking for a place after a long day on the road. Front desk was nice. $99/night. The room was outdated. Had a large crack in the wall. The shower was nice and hot, but the toilet wouldn't stop running until my husband fixed it. This inn is fine for a night sleep but that's it. Continental breakfast was...

We spent a night at the Sudbury Inn. The place was clean, the wifi worked and it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had basic cereal and toast, but we had the option of making waffles, which was nice. We would stay there again.
