This hotel was terrible. I have two small children (20 months and 4 months) and yes they go to bed early, but the noise in this hotel was something else. We waited and hoped the noise would calm down by 9pm, but instead the ppl next to us and their children were running up and down the hallways until 11pm,...

I am 20 years old, I called 2 weeks in advance of the date that I needed the room. When I called to book the room no one said anything about how old I needed to be to book a room. I can purchase a ticket to Australia and back, I can book a hotel room anywhere else in the...

I am sitting in this room right now, shocked and disappointed by the worst treatment I've ever experienced in all my years of travel, and this is in my own home town. My adult daughter and her friends booked this suite 2 weeks ago, as a finishing touch after their staff party tonight. When she came to confirm the room...

Spend the extra money and stay at a nicer hotel. Everything is just subpar. Hallways smell musty. Rooms are musty. Bed sheets feel like I'm at a sleepover camp. Not a very relaxing stay. Bathroom has no shelf to put your toiletries on. Missing the bigger hotels cleanliness and layout.

I stayed here a couple of summers ago when I was travelling through Thunder Bay. I read a lot of positive reviews on the place and thought it would be a neat place to stay. When I first checked in, we were obviously staying on the pet floor and I couldn't have been more shocked. I'm used to sleeping in...

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. While the property is very old (100+ yrs!), amazingly it is well maintained/furbished. Having a waterfront view, my room at 3rd floor was very specious - beds are comfortable, bathrooms too well equipped and spacious, airconditioning worked perfect - a perfect place! It has an inhouse restaurant - 'Portside'. I had breakfast...

We booked a jacuzzi suite as we were in town for a few days visiting my fiance's family for the first time. We had heard that this was the best hotel in town. Absolutely not. Lightbulbs were burnt out, one of the remote controls didn't work, one of the TVs was ancient and while the room was decent enough the...

Our room in the Prince Arthur was huge, clean, comfy yet dated (maybe classic), but for the price it was a good stay and a good deal. In the immediate vicinity there are a few bars, restaurants as well as fast food establishments. The reception staff were very friendly, cracking jokes when checking in and advising on the best room...

I spent 5 nights at the Prince Arthur while on a business trip and couldn't have been more pleased. My refurbished room on the 5th floor was extremely clean and comfortable and came with a decent-sized fridge and microwave, not to mention a fantastic view of the sleeping giant and the harbour. Sunrises were spectacular. And the room was so...

We had a regular room with a queen bed and a fantastic view of the sleeping giant and the harbor. The linens were great and we both slept really well. The room had a small refrigerator and coffee maker and coffee. We had coffee in our room and looked at the harbor and the sleeping giant. We were on the...
