The rooms were nice. The pool very cold.. so don't count on a nice leisurely swim More like swim real fast to keep from having your body seize up! Other than that, the food was good, the rooms and beds comfy, We did have an...More
I stayed in the hotel for more than 2 weeks and is my second stay. The hotel is in an excellent location - on a quiet street in the otherwise very busy entertainment district. Transportation is very convenient - taxi anywhere anytime. Every major attraction...More

Hotel is located centrally to everything. It was a little pricey(hence the 4 stars, you can find hotels slightly cheaper for the same quality), but worth it. I stayed with a couple friends and we were all on separate floors. The sunlight in the morning...More

I've stayed here about half a dozen times over the past seven years since it's the hotel closest to my company's Toronto office, which I visit on average about once a year.
This is a pretty standard North American hotel with most things done right....More
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.

Our hotel is located at 92 Peter Street; an approximate 9 minute drive to the fair grounds or 17 minutes using the street car front street and Spadina. I hope this answers your question.
