After travelling for 14 hours, we arrived at the BW Premier at 10.45pm. After a quick wash and change we went down to the Bar for a little brandy nightcap. It was closed. Despite the Guest Services manual stating that the bar was open until 12midnight, the receptionist told us (rather snippily) that it "always" closed at 11.00pm, and suggested...

This is a lovely simple airport hotel. The service is excellent and very respectful. We left our car there for 8 days, and paid only the hotel rate for the night we stayed. The alternative was parking at a much higher rate at the airport or in longterm parking and driving in the wee hours of the morning. WE ate...

This is clearly an older hotel that has been refurbished (my wife says so) but it's a great place to stay the night before and leave your car at a reasonable rate. The rooms are clean and spacious and the wee restaurant has a decent menu and cheerful, quick service. This isn't the place to stay for a luxury visit...

We were in Toronto for a couple of days. Shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. Free amazing full breakfast for Best Western members. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping Dept. for the great service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We were more than satisfied with our one night stay, including 7 days parking. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant wasn't gourmet but it was acceptable and the wait staff were efficient. We found the front desk staff to be accommodating and friendly. The shuttle was on time both to and from the...

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. First as Indigo and now the Best Western Premier. It is a cute little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Great rates too being close to the airport. We stayed for one night attending the Toronto Gift Fair. The front desk staff were great. Lovely ladies who were...

This used to be Hotel Indigo, but changed slowly over the last 2 years. It is now completely Best Western Premier. The room are a decent size and the hotel is clean. Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. They have covered parking and a hotel shuttle to the airport. Good when going on holidays

The room temperature never even reached 70 C even with the thermostat cranked to full. Worn out floors were frigid and bedding was thin. No extra blankets available. While the bathroom had evidently been updated sometime this century, it was clear the 1960s vintage furniture had not – particularly the broken lamp shades that cast an eery pattern on the...

Great place to stay for a park and fly. Outstanding front desk staff. Great room exceedingly comfortable. Stayed here years ago. Nicely renovated. Restaurant left a lot to be desired though. Food was not good at all. Service was good but there was only one lady serving as the other waitress was sick. Was charged twice for a glass of...

A last minute trip required us to book an Airport Hotel. This one wasn`t our choice but those we were travelling with. We didn`t have much expectations of the Best Western and we were wrong! It has had a lot of renovations done and the hotel shows very nicely. There is a nice lobby along with a large restarant and...
