If you have a car its great but if you have an SUV its gonna suck. I think paying for parking sucks too because your already paying big bucks for the hotel. Cut people a break on parking costs. If they are paying over $200 for a room then take off parking costs!! Self Parking costs $32.00 per night <<<<...

Got this room on a deal. Room was great. It was clean, great view and free wifi. Next time I would ask to be as far away from the elevator as possible. With people getting off or on the elevator late at night made a lot of noise and it carried into the room. The bar was very small but...

I stay at the Hyatt often, about 6 or 7 times a year for the past 5 yrs. Clean rooms, fantastic staff, great breakfasts, amenities galore. My go to when in Toronto. Shout out to Allen at the front desk, always friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business in the downtown area of Toronto. The Hyatt in my opinion is in one of the best locations to restaurants/pubs, and sightseeing locations. There is a Starbucks right in the lobby. The meeting facilities are nice. The rooms are decent sizes however no matter what time of year I have...

The week before I stayed at this hotel I was at the King Edward Omni, so a lot of my review is in comparison to my experience there. The Hyatt is a wonderful and top-tiered hotel. The front desk staff are very helpful and amazing, make you feel welcome and safe. The rooms are very nice, clean, warm. Location is...

Hotel was nice. Good location to bars and restaurants. Service was good. They followed up with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We ordered room service. It was quick. The food pretty good. Overall good experience and would recommend staying at the Hyatt.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here for business and it is a great hotel. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone and the meals served in our conference room were excellent. I would highly recommend the Hyatt for any travel, but especially for work-related events.

Stayed here on for a conference being held at the hotel in November 2016. As a platinum Hyatt member, I was given a room with a view of the CN tower, a card for free coffee, and free wifi (which worked well). Overall, it was a good stay. The only thing lacking was a mini fridge in the room. If...

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
