Perfect hotel for couples weekend, or girls/guys weekend. No car needed once we parked (at a garage a few blocks away for half the $$). Very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Hotel is typical of a Hyatt. Room was clean, spacious, quiet.
Visited this hotel using a corporate discount to get a reasonable price. Hotel parking was easy to get to, although an extra charge. Room was on the small side, but clean. Bathroom was starting to show its ages shower sprayer could use some maintenance.
I was in Toronto for business and Hyatt location is at the center of the town so quite easy to walk around. It also got a well functional gym for a quick workout. However, facility is a bit old and sound proof is bad. there...More

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.

I would highly suggest that you fly into the porter island which arrives directly downtown! You can do so if you either take porter airlines or air canada. Then their si a shuttle bus that will take you to downtown from the island airport free of charge and from their you can walk to your hotel and then it will cost you nothing at all!
If you insist on arriving at the main airport it will be very costly as you arrive in Missisauga and not downtown Toronto
I don't know where you are coming from but I highly suggest you look into arriving into the island airport. Good luck!
