If your looking for a corporate hotel, this isn't it. If you arrive after 9, you will have to hunt down a manager in the bar to check in. Once you do you get a unique room, clean, well kept and comfy. Parking is the only issue. You have to book a spot when you reserve your room as they...

Glad you liked our Victorian B&B thank you. Thank you for taking the time to review our Madison Manor Boutique Hotel, or 23 Bedroom B&B. We are able to offer excellent rates because we are a B&B with limited reception hours, staff and a self serve limited continental breakfast. Our Restaurant Managers assist with the later hours for anyone wishing...

We stayed here in mid September 2014 - the pictures are misleading - it is very small. The hallways are narrow and jagged, lots of stairs - beware if you have mobility issues - not the place for you. Room was clean, but small. Staff weren't overly helpful, or friendly. The desk is only open during certain hours. An item...

Dear Guests: Glad you liked the location. Our Madison Manor is an old Fashioned Victorian 23 Bedroom B&B. Our Bed and Breakfast is beside one of the largest pubs in Canada. Our Madison Avenue Pub has taken great pride in serving our guests aged from 19 to 99 for over 30 years. We do not have an elevator in the...

Stayed for Halloween night to party downtown for a very low rate. The registration office is in one of the pub buildings right next door to the hotel. The receptionist did a quick job of checking me in. It definitely has the old Victorian era look which has its own quirky charm. I stayed in 303, a standard room with...

Thank for your review. Our Madison B&B & Pub is a 23 Bedroom old fashioned Victorian Mansion, rooms vary in size and no 2 rooms are the same. Similar in size to a residential Mansion, our standard rooms are the smallest. If you are looking for larger rooms, our Deluxe and Suite rooms are a great choice. We are able...

We decided to stay at the Madison Manor as it was very close to Casa Loma, where we were attending a wedding. It looked very quaint and inviting in its promos. When we checked in, my husband surprised me with the King suite. It was very Victorian and romantic. The bath was updated however and super clean. No bathtub but...

We booked to stay five days at the Madison. You only want to stay at 20 Madison Avenue not 18 or 14 although they do have at least one suite in 18. Unfortunately the bathroom backs onto the dance floor in the pub. We spent our first sleepless night there. The next day we were moved to 20 Madison Avenue...

Yes, this set of beautiful Victorian houses is smack-dab in the middle of fraternity row for the University. Yes, any normal person gets a sinking feeling looking at the Greek letters as they approach this hotel to spend a weekend. That being said, however, the disruption to sleep, even on the super-busy Nuit Blanche weekend of October 3-5, 2014, was...

Dear Guests: Thank you. Our Madison Manor is an old Fashioned Victorian 23 Bedroom B&B. Our name was established over 14 years ago before the name “Boutique” started to change to mean something else. Very cool little boutique hotel. My room was like a suite - with a gas fireplace! Breakfast is in the pub next door, which surprisingly did not smell like beer. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
