Was not in Toronto to be a tourist. Helping family move and needed a place to stay close to Yorkville. The Park Hyatt is very conveniently located to Yorkville and also to the bus and subway stations that I had to use. Room was nicely appointed and especially enjoyed the daily morning Espresso in the room. The bathroom was a... More

Difficult to actually pull your car into but once in, it's awesome. Fabulous customer service. We were upgraded to a larger room without asking. Super comfortable beds, comfy plush robes, large flat screen tv and free wifi. The bathroom was perfect. Large counter top, magnifying mirror, plush towels, great products and nice water pressure in the shower. Stillwater spa was... More

Hotel is great, the concierge was very helpful! Room was clean and quiet, room service was prompt. Only negative point was one morning, without prior warning, we had to endure a fire alarm drill for what seemed like 20 mins.

We are sorry you had to endure an alarm situation. Fortunately it was a false one but none the less disruptive to your stay experience. Thank you for your comments. We hope to welcome you back again in the future. More

I stay in the Park Hyatt typically a couple of times a year with my wife. We live about an hour outside of the city and after trying a series of hotels to stay when we come down for a night out, we have settled on the Park Hyatt being our 'townhouse'. The hotel is not the newest hotel in... More

This hotel is in a great location for high-end shopping, and there are a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood that make it a great destination. But the defining characteristic is awesome service. For example - each evening when I got back to my room the ice bucket had been filled and the bed turned down. While I was there... More

We consider our associates and their genuine customer service focus to be one of our best attributes. Not only everyday but when circumstances, like those this past weekend require extra effort, everyone is willing to go above and beyond so our guests are not inconvenienced. Thanks for your comments. We hope to welcome you back again soon. More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
