We stayed at the Radisson May 27th-29th/2016 and had an amazing stay. Our room was ready early. We had a harbor view that was amazing, including a view of Centre Island. It was only a 7 or 8 minute walk to Rogers Center, CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium. The beachfront and boardwalk were very close as well. The staff were...

Simple but good accomodations - up-to-date rooms. You can't beat the location on the water with a short walk into the business district - tons of things to do and many restaraunts. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was convenient, since I was on business - this made things easy!

The staff was great, very nice and helpful. Location is perfect to the waterfront, right in the middle of everything. Finding the parking deck which is below the hotel was difficult if you haven't done it before. Also we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working well and even our second room wasn't great. Fitness area is...

We are in town for ballgames, and this hotel is located only about 5 minutes walk from the Rogers Center, the Ripley's Aquarium, and the CN Tower! Lots of great nearby restaurants too, including a Tim Hortons and a Starbucks, both right in the building! We were able to drop off our luggage early morning when we arrived, and the...

Delighted by charm, beauty, simple elegance and friendly service. Location is excellent for many activities. Plenty of food options all around. Comfortable beds. Grand stairs! Nice view of water. Pool patio is lovely.

Room was small, with a view of the parking garage (requested a nice king size room with a view for a 40 th bday weekend). The hotel is in the process of being Renovated, but already shows signs of wear and tear in the renovated areas (sacrificed quality - great IKEA decor). Very thin walls, could hear people in hallways...

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
