HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 December 2016

Hilton wants its guests to be happy with their stays & works hard to ensure this. From sending text messages & asking for guest feedback, they also try to right any problems. Although I was assigned to a beautiful room, it was too close to the elevator & would have prevented me from sleeping. After a call to guest services,...

I loved the location and service. Our stay was great. We could walk to the Toronto Blue Jays game, CN Tower, Aquarium, good restaurants, and sight seeing. , Public transportation stops were close to the hotel. There was a large indoor/outdoor pool.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a large open lobby featuring a Starbucks. I interacted with two different managers before/after my stay and both could not have been any more friendly or professional. The executive lounge was huge with fantastic views of the city from all sides. The lounge was so large that it made the breakfast...

Me and my family stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Toronto. The location is wonderful and close to 5 out of the 6 City Pass location places! The front desk and valet were very professional and prompt when checking in and out (and retrieving my car from valet). My room was an average double room. It had a musty odor...

I am a frequent traveler and have visited h7ndreds of hotels ranging from good to terrible, with many staying in a sweet mediocrity. The Toronto Hilton stays well above many others. The location is excellent, I like the decor and more important, the staff is great. You see REAL friendly faces, helpful people around you and the most important thing...

Good hotel at a reasonable price, for downtown Toronto. All the services and within walking distance of everything downtown Toronto has to offer. Service and rooms are exactly what you would expect from Hilton.

We stayed here for two nights with our young children. I was happy with the location, the spacious room, and the friendly concierge. The hotel in an easy walking distance from many of the major downtown sights, such as CN Tower and the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's also a block from a subway stop. My kids especially liked the...

Great location and nice property (bathroom layout is a bit off but not a big deal). The service though needs minor stepping up - last visit it was raining but they didn't have umbrellas. This visit went to breakfast and half the servers had their backs turned by the breakfast entry the other half hidden behind a partition separating the...

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
