Descent room and service, very poor WiFI, not good for buisness hard tyo do work in the evening when you can't conect to internet. if they want buisness people they need to improve. room pretty clean but seen better.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Happy the transportation system was right there. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well as swimming laps in the pool. Especially liked the friendly staff at the welcome desk. They guided us very well.

Yes there is a fridge in all rooms, but you have to buy the water the cokes, the milk etc. You get it empty and you are the one who buys the contents. There is no coin laundry within the hotel. Maybe 2 or 3 blocks from... More

Novatel is connected indoors to TTC subway at North York Civic Centre stop and the CN Tower is connected through mostly indoor corridors from Union Station. Most trains are Newer now and there should be heating but some... More
