The last time we were in this hotel was very upsetting. They checked us in on the fifth floor, where renovations for most of their rooms are on going. It'll wake you up early in the morning because of the noises from the renovations. The receptionist didn't even bother to inform us that they're doing something on that floor. Didn't...

A bit out of the way for social life (unless the event is at the hotel) - but a very car and airport friendly location...near the highway and Downsview subway stop. Good rates - but what struck me was how clean the rooms were and the staff is very responsive and polite (make sure you are polite too) - dead...

Circumstances had us needing a cheap hotel for a few nights in TO with parking. We booked this hotel because of the rate and had low expectations. From the outside it does not look like the greatest but once inside the room, it was quite comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was also a good size. We...

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Let's start with the positives: the room was clean and the house keeping staff was friendly. Now on to what made us feel wanting more: 1. There were multiple events going on when we stayed (we were one of the groups). One particular event party kept going until 2am, with extremely loud...

The location of this property - north of the 401 and readily accessible to it - would seem to recommend the hotel, but there is much to give the traveller pause. The exterior seems cold and unwelcoming, and placing the reception desk on the second floor does nothing to minimize the impression. Check in and check out were quick, and...

The beds are extremely comfortable. I was in the washroom getting ready to step out and I looked on the floor and saw a lot of ants just coming and coming. I will never stay at that hotel again. My husband and I came with our 5 month old baby and I made sure we didn't leave any bags on...

This review is only based on the banquet hall facility of the hotel and not the hotel itself. One of my friends did stay in one of the rooms, however, I saw the room was pretty clean albeit pretty dark. Our organization held a conference for two days, I understand that there were 2 weddings booked...however, I cannot believe that...

Booked a night to attend a family party. There were at least 6 other parties book in banquet rooms the same night. Room was sparse. Went to attend the party. Three halls using the same bathroom facilities. When men's room door opened, could see the urinals in full view of children. Food was lined up in the hall with people...

I was going for a 3.5 stars , but I have choice between 3 and 4, so I give a 4 because everything was clean and it's on why I base my rating normally. The room was very clean. For the location the hotel is 15 minutes of walk from the Downsview station. The clerk answered my question and gives...

It says wheelchair accessible, but we could not find that entrance. Had a hard time getting a leg up that step to get into the wheelchair accessible doors. Did not like reception on the second floor at the back of the hotel. The hotel is good. Nicely updated, we had a suite which was nice and big. The towels were...
