Truly the best airport hotel at Pearson. For the price of a room, you get a spacious suite. Everything is new, clean and in working order. Location is great with proximity to airport and restaurants. Love it.
Fantastic value. For 170.00 Canadian you get a renovated, modern two room suite with every amenity. Sparkling clean, spacious lobby. The staff are very accommodating. Covid protocols are taken seriously down to the "Clean Pen - Dirty Pen" station at the check-in counter - and the Kn95 masks the front desk clerks wear. Airline staff seem to favour the hotel and this is always a good sign. There is a Tex Mex restaurant next door with a patio as well as take-out, and three minutes away you will find a number of chain restaurant options with patios if you don't want to risk dining in. I didn't have the made to order breakfast the hotel offered, but my husband had a red pepper omelette and said it was surprisingly good. You won't find anything better for the money on the airport strip and you won't be disappointed.…
Covered parking, Clean, very clean rooms. Bathroom is great, shower head better than in my home. Big bedroom, comfy bed. Great breakfast. Good internet speed. Fast transfer to the airport. The only thing I did not like is a bit noisy AC.
The embassy suite staff and management have no regard for customers, They canceled my booking and reservation last minute in the evening. Not very helpful staff. Over all very bad management who overbook this property and send customer to near by lower end hotels the local owner own at the last minute in the evening. Its scam to fill their lower end hotels! Stay out of this property if you want a booking that is reliable. Book other hotels
The room was more spacious than expected (with a separate sitting room and kitchenette), and spotlessly clean. Both the bedroom and the sitting room had massive flat-screen TVs on the wall. The shower was very good (hot and powerful), although oddly there was no soap (even though other toiletries had been provided). I think this must have just been an oversight. The bed was comfy and big. We slept well -- despite a main road outside the double glazing is very good and reduced the traffic noise to a mere soothing rumble. The breakfast buffet was decent (and quite busy). All of the staff were lovely (including the airport shuttle-bus driver). In terms of location, this is very much an airport hotel -- so good for the airport, but not ideal for downtown Toronto.
Really nice hotel, very close to airport and with shuttle service every 30m. Only negative issue was cleaning in the bathroom where there was hairs in the corner. Breakfast was good. They even had a chef making fresh omelet.
This is a nice clean hotel. For our family of 4, we stayed 3 nights, it was very comfortable and spacious. It came with a full free breakfast and the food was actually good. The first day we had an omelette station, the next two days for some reason it was not open, but you still had scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, and a variety of other foods and meats. The room looks clean and modern with a big tv, and sink, microwave and fridge and I don’t really have any complaints about it except the people next door to us were loud and noisy with their 6 or 7 kids ( they had 2 rooms) running down the hall at 6am. I can’t really blame the hotel for that. I did mention it, but the gentleman didn’t really do anything about it. By that point we were ready to check out anyways. Some families are ignorant about their surroundings and there is really nothing you can do about it except carry ear plugs I guess. The room itself was great and we hope to come back one day again.…
This is not our first stay and will not be our last. The entire hotel is very clean and they do all they can to keep their guests safe. Parking is very accessible. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The shuttle service has always been reliable. Front Desk Attendants are always there to help in any way..
We were booked under 2 stay, park, fly rates. Our check-in on April 29 was great, helpful clerks, great room, comfortable bed. Checkout was equally good with an offer of juice, croissants etc. However a few days into our holiday we were notified by police that our truck was recovered. We didn't know it was missing. The hotel property has a gated, paid parking structure that turns out to not be the hotel property. When we returned on May 12th, the night manager was completely unprofessional and definitely unhelpful. He offered to reduce our rate to a normal night rate instead of the S/P/F rate considering our vehicle had only been there 4 to 5 days of the 14 expected. He wouldn't even provide the information as to who we would contact to obtain video etc. He did tell us that a car was stolen the day before right across from the desk window. Sounds like this property has an issue. The manager the next morning was more understanding and offered a reduction on our rate which will help offset our deductible a bit. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable beds and desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Just don't use the parking structure that is on site.…
The shuttle service is excellent. Very clean shuttle and very polite driver, Eddie Williams. He waited for me at the airport so that I could get to the hotel quicker. Other staff that I interacted with were also very polite and friendly. The lobby is beautiful.
