We always enjoy our stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I stay in Toronto at least 8 times per year at verious locations and this is by far my favourite. I feel safe here and am treated very well.

we definitely had a great stay here. the room we booked was a double bed but because we had to wait for a little while behind the counter they upgraded us to a suite for free and that was a lot of space. location is close to yonge and dundas square so it is quite convenient.

Can't believe that we had to pay for parking. The hotel was expensive enough, but then to add $30 more. Not worth it. The restaurant was over priced and pretty slow.

We booked the several days-in-advance stay several nights rate and good a good price. Ended up with a King Suite. Sounded great, but the room configuration was weird. In order to pull out the sofabed we needed to remove the coffee table from the room that the sofabed was in. It was rather heavy. Also in our booking we stated...

Very great stay. Was very pricy, the cheapest night was $190 but that's what you get in the city. Room was very big, and was very clean. As well as the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!!!

Nice hotel but super pricey on the day we needed. To be fair most hotels were sold out and we were late in the game.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
