Booked the hotel last minute and was able to get a shuttle fairly quickly. You have to call them, otherwise, you'll wait an hour. The driver was fantastic and super friendly. But...then there is the hotel building and it's rooms. Apparently it was recently bought by someone and has been refurbished. Nothing special about the place. The A/C works. But...

During our trip this time we lived in many hotels which charged $50 per night for two-queen-bed rooms. This is by far the best among them. The rooms are tidy and they look no different than three-star hotel rooms. The only drawback is that the wifi is not very stable.

Booked it last minute went there the front desk gave me us our keys to the rooms and the room was open when we got there, it was used and filthy. We went down stairs and got a different room AGAIN used and filthy room with food and garbage everywhere. Went down to ask for a refund and request to...

Being in this hotel over the past weekend made my experience for my annual vacation time the worst stay at a hotel I have ever dealt with. I had booked two rooms with each room to have 2 beds. I got 1 room with 2 beds while the second room only had 1. What made it very uncomfortable about it...

It's fine if you just need a bed by the airport for one night only. If you want comfort or any kind of service, avoid this place. The front desk spent 3 hours telling us we had no reservation. We had a confirmation from 4 months prior through Expedia but that was not enough, so we were told to call...

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I had booked a trip 2 weeks before and when I arrived, I was told by the front staff that they had oversold and they had no room for me. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told they were "away". They told me to "go somewhere else...

We came from out of town, and reserved online with the extra guests fee for three beds, but when we arrived to check in, they informed us that they had no rooms left. They didn't care about trying to work things out to accommodate us, got the "manager is not around" runaround, basically told us to take a hike.

We needed a hotel that was close to the airport for an early flight and Pearson Hotel and Conference Centre offered the right distance, free transportation to and from and an early breakfast. I would recommend this as a very clean comfortable and cost effective location for your stay in Toronto.

I had an awful experience with this hotel. After booking through Expedia, I discovered there had been an error online in my chosen date. The hotel refused to refund the room, offering only a change in dates, which didn't help since I had long left Toronto. I called to discuss this with the manager and was met with quite possibly...

Booked hotel on may 13, for our stay on the 14th. We asked for a crib upon booking. We called the next morning to confirm the crib because we would be arriving at midnight with our 7 month old. The girl working the front desk told us cribs were first come first serve. Not sure what they thought we would...
