The Percy's Bed and Breakfast made our visit to Toronto very special. We were greeted as if we were family from afar. The hosts Kali and David made our stay very enjoyable as they are very warm and caring people. They created beautiful breakfasts (picture of one of their beautiful creations) for us daily including fresh baked goods and great...

Great place...we just walked over from hotel after a 15 hour drive...there is not a dress code but we would have loved liked to have been dressed differently rather than shorts & tee's...crossiants with honey butter YUM... Great atmosphere!

This was our second stay at the Percy with Kali and David. We were so confident from our previous experience that we invited our good friends to come along. From the amazing breakfast to the handmade lotions it was a delight. Once again it did not disappoint. The proximity to the Distillery district, the free parking, and the freedom to...

Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed here on a road trip through Canada and New England in July 2014. The accommodation was one of the highlights of the 4 week trip. Since we had booked both rooms, Kali and David had relocated for the duration of our stay, allowing us their home to ourselves. However, they would come...

Our family of 4 (2 teen kids) stayed for 4 nights. The hosts are amazing and made us feel at home immediately, introducing us to their home where we had the place to ourselves. We were on the last leg of a 10 week trip all over Europe and where we rented houses and were cooking for ourselves. We were...

My fiancé and I stayed at the Percy on a Saturday night in May for a "stay-cation". Being Toronto locals we were happy to feel right at home with Kali and David. Their home was incredibly clean, with unique and modern decor. The company for breakfast is what has put this B&B over the top! We could not have asked...

I have not travelled for about 10 years and was quite apprehensive about being in Toronto to visit my daughter. Staying at the Percy was the perfect solution. Easy to find your way to and from The Percy is situated on a short, no through street so there is no traffic noise. It quickly became my "happy place". Beautifully appointed,...

Our family recently spent a weekend at the Percy. Not only was the B and B well appointed and all we could hope for, the hospitality of Kali and David made us feel very much at home. The food was amazing and the breakfast conversation stimulating. We all hada great time and would heartily recommend it. We will be returning!

Recently spent 3 weeks at the Percy B&B in Nov.2013. We could not have made a better choice to suit our needs. We like to have all the comforts of home when travelling (we are spoiled) and The Percy supplied them. Also, lots of extras to enjoy ...too many to list. Only regret is that we didn't get to spend...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.

“Both rooms are lovely. One faces east and the other is west facing. Some ambient traffic noise can be heard in each room due to the B and B's downtown location and proximity to a major arterial roadway - but nothing a big city guest wouldn't recognize in their own home cities.”
