After a flight delay, we needed a room for 1 night, and the rates were high in the city. We found Ocho on a booking site, and just tried our luck. I emailed the hotel to request an early check-in which was granted, and I was greeted by their front office manager who was very nice and informative. The room...

We had our wedding here. It was perfect. Staff were great and accommodating, a lot of choice and help with planning. Wanted to add a special review for also how great the food was. It was the first wedding I've been to (luckily mine) that the food didn't feel mass produced but individual restaurant high quality. We also had our...

Great place, amazing location, right near Chinatown and with bike share out the front. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, shops. It also has its own funky bar and restaurant downstairs. Overall 10/10. Stay here you'll love it.

My wife and I got married at Ocho in spring 2015 and had a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful, and in a great downtown Toronto location - it's a great all-in-one option with fantastic spaces for ceremony, dinner and dancing. The fact that it's also a restaurant and hotel made it great for our out-of-town family, and was perfect...

The negatives: No fridge, no tea or coffee, no elevator or staff after midnight (they give you a key to a side door as the main lobby is locked), horrible lighting in the hallways and bathroom, super loud air conditioner, few television channels (if you're like me and enjoy winding down with a little mindless television at the end of...

Thanks for the review. We are a boutique style hotel with a minimalist approach to our accommodations. Great bed, nice shower, reasonable price with a downtown location

Spent two nights in Toronto with my teenage son and wanted to stay some place different. Found the Hotel Ocho after a lot of looking around on TripAdvisor and other sites and couldn't be happier. Very stylish adaptive reuse of small factory with contemporary, clean rooms. Rooms are a bit small, but bathrooms are huge and showers are great. Wonderful...

Great location for walking to many of Toronto's cool neighborhoods. Parking was right next door and fairly cheap. Really friendly staff and hip coffee/bar area. The rooms are very basic, but comfortable, and the price is good. Had a nice experience and would return!

As a fan and user of TripAdvisor, I am trying to spend time on more reviews! I had read reviews of Hotel Ocho and found them really helpful. As noted in others review, Richard checked me and and was great. Very welcoming and through in running thru everything. Cute rooms (comfy bed) and fun little bar and restaurant downstairs. Had...

That's an amazing review thank you so much! Super happy to read that you were informed of the minor diversion for the weddings ceremony. Though we always post our dates on the website it can be jarring to new guests.

Getting married in downtown Toronto can be a stressful and expensive thing, but not if your getting married at Hotel Ocho! Its a hidden gem along the busy streets of Queen/Spadina. We had an intimate/boutique wedding experience and with Rish and Jamal (the dream team) planning and executing our wedding, our vision came to life. It was a very casual,...

We stayed in the King Room and found the design pretty cool. The location is perfect since it is near the Kensington Market and Chinatown. The only thing about the room is that there was no door to separate the bathroom from the room (making all noises pretty sharp if you know what I mean) ... And no fridge. Also,...

Really sorry to hear about the noise disturbances, we typically do hourly floor checks to maintain our standards. If you do stay with us again in the future don't hesitate to call reception, we're two floors away. I'd like to defend the food as well but it would seem your stay was generally lackluster. Not what we aim for
