Stayed 3 nights while doing business in Toronto. All downtown hotels were booked, so choose this hotel. General comments: Pleasantly surprised! Nice, clean rooms. Large lobby - which doubles as a breakfast lounge by day and a bar at night. The staff that run the pay-as-your-go cafe (serves Starbucks coffee) are superb! Nightly bar staff are really nice also. Friendly... More

This is a Courtyard like many others. Been here forever, and it shows. The lobby has had a mild refresh but falls short of many others I've stayed at in the past couple of years. The rooms are even further in the past and show few signs of any renovation although mine was clean (the highest priority for me). At... More

Stayed here on a recent trip overnight in Toronto to see the Blue Jays play. Took the free shuttle to the airport to catch the UP Express train to Union Station downtown. Very convenient for those who wish to venture into the city who don't want to pay the high prices downtown. Overall room quality was good other than for... More

In our previous visit to Toronto we stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn, but this time around there was no rooms for rent at the inn. So we decided to stay at the Courtyard Airport. It has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The airport has a train, Union Pearson Train, that takes passengers to the Union... More

Good hotel near the airport. Clean room. Suggestion to management. When I arrived, I provided my credit card to the front desk. For some strange reason their credit card machine does not have chip technology, therefore he attempted to swipe the card. It was rejected. The only solution I was given was to provide another credit card which I didn't... More

Just know after you prepay for your hotel on line through TripAdvisor and you think you're good to go. Once you arrive and check in, the hotel wants more money. You know, for "incidentals." So that's an extra $50-$80 the hotel will charge your card before they give you a key. If you don't destroy the room, they'll refund it... More

I spent last night at the Courtyard Marriott at Toronto Airport. I was picked up at Pearson within 15 minutes of my arrival at C22 post at Terminal 3. What luck! I stayed at this property for 2 nights for a business conference I was attending. Check in was fast but I received a double room instead of a king as I requested months earlier.
