We stayed in this lovely inn while attending a wedding in August of this year. Our flight deposited us in Toronto in early afternoon, and when we arrived at the Old Mill our room was not quite ready. However, we were directed to the outdoor dining area where we were relieved to be able to order a late lunch....nothing on... More

We recently had our wedding at the Old Mill. The grounds were beautiful and we had a great ceremony. But, we have had such MAJOR issues with the Old Mill since our wedding. The Captain that was working that night made a management decision to cut off shots at the bar for ALL guests (and not just to certain guests... More

My experience with the old Mills customer service was less than impressive. The lack of communication and care for the customer is embarrassing to say the least I called a week before my check in to confirm the room I had and that would sleep all the people necessary. At that time I also asked foe the price so I... More

The Inn is conveniently located from downtown, yet far enough away to be quiet and restful. There are lots of biking/walking routes available. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Food is excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

We recently attended a wedding here. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was well equipped but a little small. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection of food. The location being right on the river meant we were able to walk along the river bank. We had lunch on the patio one of the days during our stay... More

My only complaint was that the walls were paper thin so any activity heard in the hall was heard in the room.
