I love this hotel! Check in is fast! The care and attention that each staff member has is noteworthy. The beds are wonderful! We ate at the restaurant and WOW!!!! It was an amazing meal. The Caesar Salad was excellent!

My husband and I absolutely loved this little gem of a boutique hotel tucked away in the Downtown Toronto core. Modern, stylish, clean, comfortable and lovely staff on the front desk. Wish I could have stayed for more than one night. We will definitely stay there again.

Stylish modern yet intimate hotel. Great rooms - surprisingly large for this type of hotel. The food in the restaurant was impeccable as was the service. Essentially The Standard Highline in Toronto with much bigger rooms, friendlier service, and far less douche factor!

I have been there 4 times now and every time this is a great experience. The staff is very friendly, and sometimes speaks French! The rooms are very cosy and well designed, there is everything needed in the room. And the pillows are amazing. The breakfast is average, it could be a bit better.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
