We stayed here one night in September. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Everything was clean. There was plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The pillows were uncomfortable - woke up with a terrible pain in the neck. The TV has limited channels and the ones that are there are kind of grainy quality. The check in...

Room was small and seriously run down and dusty - needs maintenance. Breakfast was a joke - very little food, finished early with no replenishment, dirty tables, staff didn't care much or just had nothing to add. Worst part - the hotel is part of a banquet hall complex, and there was a wedding party that made it absolutely impossible...

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we got was upgraded from original booking and was spacious and comfortable for 2 people, even though we had to share the king bed. Couch did not pull out as was promised. Some lights were non functional. Jacuzzi leaked onto the floor in the night after we briefly turned on water. Steam...

We stayed one night and wake up with two bed bugs and blood on the sheet. If that wasn't enough, we had to wait 2 hours for the manager to finally get a 20% off........!!! Worst place I've ever been to, please don't go.

We booked through Hotwire and ended up with a pretty good deal ($73 inc tax). However, the hotel is tired and only close to the race track. I was not impressed by the location as it was about an hour from downtown. The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, juice, cereal. Room was very small, but nicely renovated. Hallways...

we had booked a room with 1 king bed, but had an extra guest staying with us for the night. when we arrived we asked for a cot or to switch to a room with 2 queens (which was the same price as a room with 1 king when we booked online) but they wanted to charge us for it....

Last May I attended our High School Reunion. What a nice Hotel and Convention Facility. Met up with old friends that I have not seen for 40 years. The room was large and the food was amazing. The actual Hotel rooms were very clean and a pleasure to stay. The Hotel Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed 1 night to attend a workshop seminar in downtown TO. The positives... Served our purpose well. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the waitress keeping everything topped up and clean is a credit to the hotel. The negatives... Hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, looks tired and well used. Our rooms were at...

The most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in to date. Yellow stains on the bed sheets. Got switched to another room which had even MORE stains on sheets. Horrific customer service that ignored us and gave us attitude once we mentioned the stains. Just a completely awful hotel. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare of...

I decided to book it because of the low cost. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the room in very good condition and the hotel environment very comfortable. The staff were very courteous (in the few interactions we had with them) and the rooms were quiet. The drive into the city was quick and painless, and the public transit...
