I used to stay on the waterfront when I went to Windsor. This Ouellette location is an easy walk down the street to see the city cross the river as you walk. There is a breakfast station for free too! The staff are experienced and professional, yet easy going. A space to myself in my own home town!

The room was quite nice, clean, quiet. The lobby is small and the breakfast area will only seat 8 people at a time. Breakfast was not quite average. There are renovations being completed but the place is dated. It was probably pretty nice at one time. Wifi signal is very weak

We stayed at this hotel on the Labor Day weekend for the NABA tournament. The property is so dated. Lobby is too small, ceiling is too low and no air condition. I was not pleased at all upon check in they asked for the full payment of our 2 nights stay which is really unusual to me. On our way...

The room and premises were dated and needs updating. There was black mold in the bathroom. Perhaps if the vending worked this would not be a problem. The staff were friendly accommodating and knowledgeable.
