Under construction is an understatement. Parking is hard to get because it's being renovated from the parking lot up & charged $10.00i Got a room on the 7th floor which was nice. The sun setting, darkening the city & seeing Detroit begin to light up with the night was lovely, very relaxing. Until 9 pm, when the Canadian Air Force...

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a family reunion. There is good news and bad news. The good: great location. With an upper floor with a river view, you get an awesome view of the Detroit skyline and river. Best part of the hotel. Also, our room had recently been refurbished, so it was quite nice. The not-so-good: the...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Had to wait at the reception for 15-20 mins before got attended to - no apologies or concerns shown. Rooms were newly renovated but noisy and construction mess. They still had the old windows which was shaking with wind whole night and finally my husband had to put some paper stoppers to...

The hotel is under construction as they are turning it into a Holiday Inn Hotel. The new rooms were very nice we just found it to be a tad small especially with a 10 month old. The bathroom was lovely. We enjoyed using the big shower head and the 99% cotton towels. It was heaven using those towels. We were...

This is our third time staying at this hotel, under construction still...was hoping for one of the new rooms, maybe next time. Staff are always so helpful, room was clean. Elevators a pain.

Good afternoon, Thanks for your patience!! It's been a long road but there is light at the end of the tunnel. We now only have brand new beautiful rooms available. We anticipate the entire project to warp up in August. We hope to see you back again. Kind regards, Angela

We stayed in this hotel at the end of March with our son's basketball team. This hotel is under major construction and should not be open. During our stay we encountered a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell as well as feces and urine in the stairwell. The stairwells are dirty and in an emergency you would be hard pressed...

Stayed at the hotel for the first time and I will be returning. Beautiful newly furnished room with a large TV and a great view of the Windsor river walk area and the Detroit skyline. The ongoing renovations were not intrusive to my stay at all.
