Easily the nicest place we have ever stayed. Our Queen studio was impeccably clean with wonderful amenities: toaster, kettle, pots, pans, slippers and robes. We had in-suite laundry which was a blessing coming from a week of traveling and they provided laundry detergent as well. Breakfast was provided in the morning of eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, coffee and juice. Great central location close to everything. I can’t say enough good things about this place, would absolutely recommend to everyone.

We were not expecting such a beautiful luxurious boutique hotel here in PEI. Sydney Boutique Inn, is perhaps one of the most beautiful and cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Canadá. It’s so clean and pretty. The location is great and it’s close walking distance to all the restaurants and little shops. The bed and the pillows are so comfortable which made us fall asleep easily. The decorations and the atmosphere is magnificent. The blackout curtains are perfect and pretty. The front desk manager, Kent was so pleasant. He made sure we had all we wanted in our pretty little room. We highly recommend this hotel

I highly recommend this hotel to you! The rooms are comfortable, stylish and large. The customer service was outstanding; they went out of their way to look after my requests. I have stayed here several times before, but this was the first time I had breakfast here which is included in the price. No paper plates and plastic cutlery here; this was a large, well cooked breakfast with china and proper silverware. Everything was first class. I will be returning often.

After a week of travel, such a surprising jewel of a hotel for our stay in Charlottetown. The room and even the hallways have chandeliers. The room made us feel like we were at the George V in Paris. Beautifully appointed. May have been the most comfortable bed we ever slept in. Wonderful breakfast. When we had to handle some documents, the staff was very helpful.

This was our first major type of trip since the pandemic..... We chose the inn because previous reviews and our own research. We were not disappointed. The inn is located close to major routes for travel as well as the wharf in Charlottetown not to mention downtown (seriously its a 5 min walk) Restaurants everything close by but that is not what makes this place great. The rooms or suites we chose a suite higher up are perfectly appointed and finished to the smallest detail from stationery and post cards to their own branding on towels ... nothing is missed.... The Manager / and staff are amazing with lots of knowledge and tips... need bikes they can arrange it want a specific type of experience chat with them and it will be done.... simply amazing and wonderful. recommendations on seafood or other restaurants yep they have them and they are great thanks to them all.... the halls and floors themselves are quiet and carpeted .... a perfect experience
