My family and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The 2 bedroom suite was huge, updated and well appointed. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. It is well located, with only a short walk to the harbour and downtown shops. Very impressive all around.

What a an absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff are amazing, helpful, and friendly. The GM has to be one of the hardest working people in the hospitality business… He’s a special sort of leader who can be seen with his hands in a sink of dirty dishes, cutting some tree limbs, or flitting around the property. His connection with his staff is kind and genuine … and it lead to an amazing experience. The daily breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day with a wide selection from baked items, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and a variety of baked egg dishes (the croissants are fantastic). The ambience was fantastic - it’s like you’re walking back in time 100 years with all the modern conveniences. They have done a very tasteful job of branding themselves. The bed was so comfortable. I typically sleep 6 hours here I slept 8-9 hours and woke up feeling great! The location is also great - a short walk to everywhere - especially the great pubs and eateries on/around Queen St.

This is an old convent that was made into a beautiful hotel. It comes with free parking and a hot breakfast and best of all, it is one of the quietest hotels in Charlottetown. the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and it feels upscale at a very affordable rate. We asked before we booked if there were any teams because we had to move here from what was the loudest hotel we've ever stayed at due to a hockey tournament. They told us teams weren't allowed to stay there and for that reason we will be staying here during every future trip to Charlottetown

We loved our stay at Sydney Suites! The room was beautiful and spacious with a separate sitting area for lounging. The staff was very friendly and service was great. The breakfasts were also pretty good with plenty of variety. The hotel was also located within walking distance of the waterfront, province house and some really great restaurants. There's also a nearby playground for those with kids!

This hotel is AWESOME. I bet it’s the nicest one on the island. We used it as a ‘home’ base for our drives around the island. Best location for local restaurants and wharf Clean and very comfortable. Outside area is very nice too. Quiet neighborhood.

Amazing place to stay. The interior of the the room was beautiful and very luxurious. We stayed in an executive king room which was spacious with a very high. Parking was free and a hot complimentary breakfast was included in the price. I would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I spent two nights here, and were extremely impressed. The transformation of this heritage building into a modern hotel has been done with great care and attention — the original red brick exterior has been beautifully maintained, while the interior has been updated to an impressive modern standard. Rooms are large, well-appointed, and perfectly maintained. As an added bonus, in front of the elevator on our floor was a fantastic massage chair, which we enjoyed very much. The patio in front of the building is a beautiful, quiet place to relax with a drink in the evening (BYOB, the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant). The location is perfect, away from the noise of downtown, but less than a ten minute walk to get there. Room rate includes on-site parking and a delicious buffet breakfast (far superior to typical hotel hotel breakfast-room servings). Staff members were gracious, pleasant, and helpful. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Charlottetown.

Very clean, quiet hotel. Our room was on the top floor, and the room itself was actually very large! The shower in the bathroom was amazing, with a hand held spray nozzle and huge shower head. The living area was well furnished, and the kitchenette was an added bonus. We did try the massage chair outside of the elevator on our floor and it was very effective. I recommend this hotel for guests looking for a quiet place to stay.

Just spent a week in this charming hotel and l was truly pleased with everything! The hotel itself is in a beautiful brick heritage building. The landscaping in the back garden is lovely with comfy egg chairs and patio furniture that allows for lovely quiet & relaxing times. The interior is spotless and the decors is tasteful. . The room was large with sitting area & good size ( sparkling clean) bathroom . The king size bed and crisp soft linen were a guarantee for a good night’s sleep. The staff at reception were friendly ,helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good, the staff there were well organized . The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily by smiling staff. The hotel is very well situated , within walking distance of cafés & boutiques near seaside boardwalk .

This was a superb hotel. First of all, the lobby is so beautiful, then the hallway to our apartment had plush luxurious carpet and wonderful lighting. We stepped into our superior apartment and we were blown away with the high end finishes and the beautiful furniture, plush beds, fine linens, walk-in-closet, and slippers! We could not believe how lovely this place was and the amount of space that we had. Then, the next morning, after a very restful sleep in our incredible bed, we went down for the most delicious breakfast buffet that is included, yes included, with the rate of our stay! We had the crispiest bacon, and the best buttery croissants you can imagine in an included breakfast buffet! The eggs were fresh and not powdered. We had the best stay here and we only hope that it stays that way because we will be back!!!
