We had a great time here for a week the staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Rained a couple days but they have a washer and dryer for only a dollar each. Breakfast was great every day with a hot option and the continental breakfast with fruit and pastries. Will recommend this for one night or for longer stay. Just a couple blocks to the down town easy walk, with lots of eating options👍.

Although the outside of this house is cute, our room gave us the heeby jeebies. It kind of reminded us of Motel 6. Also VERY strong smells from the food. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was just okay. Great location though!

Lovely inn that is very close & easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, theatre and Victoria Park. Very clean and rooms are cleaned every day. Good breakfast with fresh baking. The family that owns and operates it are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The only thing missing was a place to relax outdoors in the backyard with a coffee or beverage.

This was a last minute booking while on a road trip and even if it was rated as a 3 star hotel, the ratings were good so we went ahead with the booking. Great location, walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. This place has a warm, comfortable feel about it. Breakfast was yummy, but not special. Good coffee! Excellent location.. Note: there is no elevator.

Everything about this place was better than we expected. The young woman who checked us in was so helpful and accommodating, even calling a local performance venue about a show we wanted to attend that night. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There was even a laundry for guests to use for only $1 per load. There was a kitchenette just down the hall that had wine glasses, a microwave, and coffee and tea. They also had books, games, and DVD’s for guests to use. Breakfast consisted of fruit, bagels and toast, breads, egg custard tarts, blueberry tarts, and a hot entree. The location was very close to the town center and best of all, the price was very reasonable.

We reserved here last minute on Hotels.com. Price was ok, there was parking and all we needed in the room. Water pressure was quite low though and it took a long time to get warm water in the shower. I was told there would be bacon at breakfast - but there wasn't.... The bed was comfortable, the place clean, check in - check out were speedy. But it was all just ok.....

The Inn was very clean, the staff helpful, homemade pastries delicious. My only complaint was that our room was hot and stuffy. We had an air conditioner but it seemed to be set at 75 and that was the coolest it would go. Difficult to sleep at night... we like it much cooler.

This is more like a small hotel in a large converted old house than a typical B and B. Has its own multiple spot parking lot, lots of rooms. Continental breakfast is offered. close walking distance to Downtown and Waterfront. Rooms and washrooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Price is good value for what you get, but was not like other B and B experiences we have had elsewhere.
