Thank you for leaving a review! We're so glad we were able to be your host while you visited our beautiful little city. Charlottetown may be small, but it certainly has heart! Thank you for mentioning our location, we are very close to the water and Peake's Wharf, a very popular and pretty Quay. We hope you'll come stay with...

Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel in the heart of Charlottetown. We were able to walk to most restaurants and attractions, which was great since parking can be tricky in the summer. Four stars because the bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on and I was wishing for a king instead of a queen.

Thank you for your review! Thank you too for mentioning our ideal downtown parking. We are proud to be able to offer free parking for your stay, as parking downtown is indeed very limited. We're glad you could still get a queen bedroom since those tend to fill up first as we have no king beds in the house. We're...

It was good to have a really nice B&B on our trip to PEI. The room was very comfortable especially the beds. It was kept clean by house keeping staff who did not miss a beat. Breakfast was continental and more than ample was available, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, you get the picture. Very helpful staff...

Thank you for your review! We recently had a renovation on our front entry by a talented local carpenter to make our Inn more welcoming and open. Thank you for your mention of our staff! We did indeed have a uniquely young, but very strong and talented, staff this past summer, and many will be returning for 2017, including our...

Recently stayed here for two nights while visiting friends in the area. We didn't spend much time at the property as we were out on day trips, however it was a great place to unwind and get a great sleep and a good breakfast to start the day. Beds were extremely comfortable, and property is very quiet. Everything was clean...

We booked a two night stay at the Sonata Inn to sample Canada Day in Charlottetown. Fantastic location with wonderful, friendly staff. Our room was splendid and the continental breakfast prepared us for the day ahead. Can't say enough about the staff who went out of the way to be helpful. We would strongly recommend staying at this lovely Inn.

We started our vacation at the Sonata Inn and the service we received was out of the ordinary. Clean comfortable rooms and fresh muffins in the morning made it our favorite of our whole trip! Cat at the front desk not only helped us find the best restaurants to eat in but referred us to the best waiters. They also...

If you are planning a visit to PEI, especially the Charlottetown and Cavendish areas, do yourself a favor and book a room at The Sonata Inn. My husband and I booked with The Sonata Inn this past weekend. We are more than satisfied with our accommodations and hospitality received. Gorgeous renovations to preserve the character of the old home, yet, modernized with design and decor. Perfect location to walk through downtown for daytime shopping, eating and entertainment. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Thank you too for noticing our renovations. The "compact" room at The Sonata Inn is perhaps the best accommodation deal ($99-$139) in the Charlottetown downtown, save for motel-type options. The inn is really well-located--within walking distance to all of the city's attractions--and the interior is pleasant enough. When we arrived to check in my husband and I were warmly greeted and given a tour of the house...
