Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but not soundproofed. You can hear your neighbours, people in the hallway, and passing traffic. Breakfast (selection, quality, and taste) is pretty basic and runs from 7-10am. Hot water, light roast and decaf coffee is available in the breakfast area until about 10pm. I went to grab some coffee and hot water for noodles around 7pm … but it was lukewarm so they don’t refresh it. Best to grab your coffee from Tim’s at the gas station a short walking distance away. Other observations: • The paper cups in the room are wrapped in plastic. • At breakfast, there are only paper cups and paper plates. Condiments are in packets. Overall, this place is okay if you just need a place to stay for the night before driving out to explore Charlottetown. But you’ll get more value (and better breakfast and coffee) at the B&Bs in town.…

Hotel's Favourite
Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel over Canada Day 2021. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the suite we had booked. Lots of room for all 4 of us. The hotel was kept very clean and each staff member we talked to was very kind and helpful. Great location as it was close to everything! This will be our go to hotel for our next trip to Charlottetown.

Traveling for work. Just wanted clean, safe place to stay with breakfast included and free parking. This fit the bill. Warning: if you want real coffee don’t expect it here. Light roast only available and when you ask for another option they say that Tim Horton’s is right next door (sorry, the least Canadian thing about me is my despise of Timmies). Suite was nice and roomy, couch was comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful with an array of warm personel willing to hep a guest settle in quickly, then the tranquil environment and view from the large windows. The rooms are large for a family of 5 and very well laid out.

Easy access location. Nice clean, spacious and modern rooms. Breakfastselection is good. The amenities are exceptional. The view was nice. We had a king size bed and its squeaky. Marvin - the receptionist is unwelcoming.

Was really happy to find out this is another of the DP Murphy family of hotels. They have the best customer service. Outstanding operator for sure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well appointed gym with nice new equipment and a nice pool.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a family vacation. The hotel is in amazing shape and well taken care of. Our room was amazingly clean and neat. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great! We appreciated the water bottle filler on the main floor! We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here after having to unexpectedly cancel a camping trip due to inclement weather. We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It is large and clean. The room had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the guest laundry facilities. Service was delivered with a smile. There is lots of free parking and the location was convenient for going downtown and for heading to other parts of the Island. While pricey (over $400/night), it is within the range of other comparable properties in PEI during the summer months. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice facility. I wanted to give it a five star rating. The staff were very helpful, the room clean as could be. It was little things that kept my from giving it a 5 star. No shampoo , limited towels, no drinking glasses or cups. If I were going back to Charlettown, I would stay there again. The friendly staff and cleanliness are its two big assets. It is a bit away from downtown , but not a problem if you have a car.

This hotel im was beyond our expectations, we stayed at other locations and they simply do not compete. If you was excellence and clean rooms stays here. This is nothing but the best for the buck, food was simple but good enough, kinda enjoyed the pool activity wife and I got enjoyed the gym. I will not go anywhere else going forward.
