I don’t even know where to start! do not stay here even though it is cheap. the rooms are absolutely disgusting even the extended-stay rooms the housekeepers do not clean, stains everywhere there’s always smoking in the building, the Wi-Fi is absolute complete trash there is actually no complementary breakfast, you get a breakfast in a bag which is an apple and usually an old muffin. there are homeless people that sleep in the lower levels and there’s always loud parties going. absolutely zero Covid restriction measures, the staff is extremely rude and non-helpful. the rooms are also very outdated and a bad smelling carpet . The mattresses haven’t been changed in years and just slumped in the middle.. The lower levels and “ tunnel” will flood when it rains STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE !!!

The stay at the property was good, very helpful staff during the day: told us how to get to the pier, and also kept our bags for the afternoon. Much thanks. We had a 4 hour delay with our Air Canada flight. We called before taking off to indicate we would be late (we expected to arrive before midnight, but ended up arriving at hotel around 3am). They asked when we would arrive and we said we didn't know how long the delay would last, and they said everything would be fine. When we arrived, tired and cranky with a toddler after having great difficulty securing a cab so deep into the night, they said they had cancelled the booking...EVEN THOUGH WE HAD CALLED TO TELL THEM WE WOULD BE LATE. They said the policy is to cancel due to "no-show" if arrival is after 230am. Happily, the person at the desk did a new booking with us and it all worked out. Having a no-show policy makes sense. Following it blindly after a client gets in touch because of a delay beyond their control makes no sense.

I read the previous reviews and I should have listened! -A/C…good luck! -Room felt damp including carpet and by day 2 our cloths felt damp too. -There are two buildings to this hotel the main building and then one across the street. We were located across the street so we had to walk through an underground tunnel to get to anything. -front desk staff not very friendly -cold bagel with cream cheese is your free breakfast lol -main hallways are hot! That’s a big deal with only 1 small slow elevator! -beds very uncomfortable, we ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed because the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed -we were placed in “the quiet zone” without even being asked -we went on a family vacation so we had three rooms. We all had the same experience. I never do these reviews because I’m usually pretty easy going about hotels. I understand people have bad days or things break down, but this is an ongoing issue according to past reviews. I see the management reads these reviews and puts the same generalized response for each one. No need for apologies here, just fix the issues. That’s my honest review, I wish I’d listened to others before me :/ (I never thought to take photos or I would have)

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life!!! I was double charged by the hotel manager for 2 rooms, when we had checked out of one room at 7am, and moved everything else to the second room. We were one hour late, and had been honest enough to tell them we would be late checking out. They don't offer late check out and charged be again for BOTH rooms. I will have to go to my cc company and try to get the charged removed. The manager accused me of lying and was the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever met . NEVER stay here, it's over priced for the grubby rooms and the staff is rude.
