We stayed at the 1 Grafton in Feb. 2023 during the Canada Winter Games and it was simply amazing. The owners are very nice and breakfast was delicious. We will most definitely come back to PEI and will be staying at the 1 Grafton. It is just steps from downtown and the beautiful boardwalk. I highly recommend this beautiful B&B.

Conveniently located in ‘historic’ downtown Charlottetown. Easy walk to Queen street (main street with many restaurants ) Ample parking both private and street. Very nice building. Clean. Great room. Nice breakfast. Friendly owners x

great suites, large with big bathrooms, super comfy beds with great bedding, a block from the waterfront. Friendly, family run B&B, perfect location. It was a highlight of our 3 week trip on the east coast. We booked room 6 with a king and a queen bed, sitting area, fridge, big closet, giant bathroom with amazing tub and shower. Will stay here again the next time we come to PEI.
