The property has been sold. No onsite owners. No access to the guest living room or former dining area. No access to rear deck or garden through the B & B. There are a few pictures in their website gallery that make it appear as if those amenities are available, they are not. Cranford is now part of four property...

This was a last minute stay for us as our booking at another place fell through and we were left stranded in Charlottetown until our super nice cab driver brought us here. Our room was really lovely with king bed, large screen TV, etc. And for us was decorated just right (not too flowery etc) and very comfortable. All the...

The one disappointing stop of our NS/PEI tour. We booked 4 nights at the Inn when it was under previous ownership. Arrival took some 20 minutes through a front door telephone (manned by Max - a hard working but overloaded but very well mannered youngster), the television didn't work (partially fixed by the owner that night) with wires hanging out...

Someone has recently bought four neighbouring houses, and is providing B&B in all four. The 'reception' is a telephone by the front door of each that invites you to pick it up and speak to the manager. This is mostly engaged because lots of people are arriving and there is only one young man with a mobile phone running between...

The people were very friendly here, breakfast was hot and good and close and walking distance to town. We even had washing facilities for free, which has never happened before. People were always available to give us directions.

We booked our stay at this B&B last February, when it was still owned by Martha and Vicki. However, by the time we stayed in August, it had been sold. The main reason we booked this B&B was because of the wonderful reviews about the ambiance, breakfast, helpful owners, etc. Although we had the same room we booked in February,...

If you want to stay here based on reviews before June 2016, beware that this is not the same B&B experience of those reviewers. This B&B is well located and is still a nice establishment however a lot of the personality has been lost with the change in ownership. I stayed here late in June 2016 with my mother when...

Ok. The room was nice. Quiet, clean, modern. But we have stayed at several B and B this trip and felt this was overrated. Previous reviews seem to be similar to ours. No one to really greet us. Being run in conjunction with two contiguous facilities. No innkeeper on site on this one. No breakfast on site. Parking very sparse...

We spent our irst 2 nights in PEI here.....excellent location, easy 10-15. minute walk to waterfront, bars , restuarants. Like others were were surprised on arrival to find out about recent change in ownership ...some notification to booked guests would have been nice. However we did get checked in by friendly, efficient staff. We were in the Topaz room which...
