This Hotel was very nice. Loved the atmosphere. Rooms were very clean a little out dated but still great none the less. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary Breakfast in morning was very good. I had a fantastic stay. There is also a full service Bar & Restaurant next door to the Hotel and the food was fabulous.

We stayed here for the Atlantics Judo tournament. Although we had a large family suite that was very clean, the hotel charged my Visa $389 for two nights. I was told that the room was $149/night. Include tax, and I'm still not sure where the total came from. We returned all towels, we did not break anything, we didn't trash...

Nice spot clean but not much security, there was a hockey tournament and kids running round literally yelling and screaming past 1am. The hotel is all open so there is no way thy should allow this. I had to work at 5am so was long day.

When we arrived, the electricity in the bathroom didn't work I called the front desk and someone showed up within ten minutes. Had to mess with it a bit, but it was working withing a half hour and we didn't have an issue with it during our remaining one week stay. I wasn't crazy about the fact that our room...

We booked a 1 bedroom king suite 3 months ago only to be told there were none left after we arrived. That should never happen, they had 3 months to reach out to me to address any changes. But they did the right thing and gave me adjoining King rooms and only charged for 1. Staff were great and very...

Thank you for sharing your experence. We were in the middle of changing and deleting some rooms code and bed types to keep up with guest demand. You were correct though, we should have caught your reservation before hand. Glad to see the 2 king rooms worked out for you and your family, hope to see you next winter again.

The room was neat and clean but not overly large for two people to put their suitcases. There is an outdoor and indoor pool and in the summer a small par three 9-hole golf course to putter around on. They also own the restaurant next door and gave us each a free beer chit to use there. The breakfast was...

Hotel interior is attractive with high ceilings and balcony rooms. The downside is that noise can resonate from the common areas. Also, be aware that there is no elevator. The guest room was nice. It was neat, clean and good sized. Somewhat in need of upgrading, but not bad.
