My wife and I stayed here on our Spring holiday break as we were visiting Montreal and we wanted a place that was centrally located and was easily accessible. We are pleased to report that this hotel met both of those qualities.

The hotel is in a perfect downtown location. The area is walkable even in the bitter cold. We did rent a car because we considered traveling to Quebec City, but after the weather was disagreeable, we hardly used the car except to make out way...More
This is probably the worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at in many years. Which considering I stay away over 100 nights a year every year gives you some perspective!
Quite a depressing place altogether.

Return to the Hilton Garden Inn and was very pleased again. Check inn was prompt, freindly and efficient. The room was big and confortable. The Hotel is in the middle of downtown with proximity for work but offers lots of possibilities close by after work...More
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and
exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
