The Westin Montreal was a wonderful place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff who put us on the top floor. We may not have been staying in the Presidential suite but it felt like it! The hotel has either been very well maintained or has had a facelift recently as the rooms are in great condition. It's also in a...

I would like to thank whoever the room attendant who cleans and maintains our room including bathroom and beds during our 7 days/6 nights stay. She is doing an excellent job and she is...

Just stayed at the Westin for 3 nights. The location is excellent for business or pleasure travel. Literally a 5 minute walk to the heart of old Montréal and a 10 minute walk to downtown. Close to the metro, central train station, and bus lines. The amenities are those of a typical Westin - heavenly beds, bath robes, etc. The...

We had a great stay during out summer vacation in Montreal. The staff was incredible and the concierge suggested multiple places to eat and most of all some terrific suggestions for our 15 year old. They could improve their service speed in the restaurant for breakfast but staff was lovely. We would stay again !

Le Westin is in a prime spot for any tourist in Montreal, with easy access to the Metro for touring around the city and short walks to Old Montreal and the port. The staff is friendly and accommodating for English-speakers and those who, like me, want to dust off their high school-and-college French. The only reason I did not give...

Location was splendid! Near Old Montreal but close enough to the modern part of the city also. Restaurants galore right within walking distance and sight seeing at your finger tips. I stayed here 2 nights with friends in July. Its everything you would expect from a Westin. Clean, modern, updated, and very comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious and they had free wifi. Parking was bit expensive but the usual city prices. The location is the only downside in my opinion. Not many dining - nightlife options in the area....

I stayed one night with my family. My wife was so happy to stay here. Everything was excellent but its swimming pool. I understand its limitation located in the city center. But the size of the swimming pool is tool small for the number of stars that Le Westin has.

Staying in Quartier International

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention centre and retail space with a multi-coloured glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterise the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
