We have stayed at the Hotel 10 several times, and have enjoyed ourselves each time. They call it the Hospitality Industry, but these guys really understand the concept. Everyone. from the valet who takes our car when we arrive to the people at the front desk to Sabrina, the concierge, and Denis at breakfast make us feel like they are...

I booked Hotel 10 on my recent stay to Montreal. This was my first time staying there. It was recommended by one of my friend whom stay there before. Staffs was super amazing and when above and beyond recommending places to eat and visit. My room was a king bed suite which was clean and comfortable. I was in Room...

Hotel 10 was a clean, nice hotel in a great part of town. They do have a club attached to the location so it can be loud on certain nights but the staff was very accommodating in changing our room. Montreal is an amazing city and the staff did a great job of helping us navigate. Th

We booked this hotel through Hotwire for a conference/working vacation. Accomodations: We got a basic room with a king bed which was very comfortable. The room was clean and modern with simple, functional decor. A few things were a little worn (shower tap came off in my hand, bathroom doorknob spins 360 degrees and does nothing) but nothing that affected...

In the heart of the entertainment district of Montreal. This would be an ideal location for jazz fest or juste pour rire. I was here for proximity to McGill. A slightly different hotel. A little quieter. Rooms are nice. Staff helpful. Nice wine selection at the wine bar.

Modern boutique hotel. Small bar with expensive drinks. Bathrooms in the lobby are individual rooms and the wash room is shared by both sexes. Modern, minimalistic furniture. They provided a free shuttle to get us to the Hop on hop off bus tour.

My travel agent booked me a room at the Hotel 10. It was a busy week in Montreal and only 2 hotels had rooms available. Hotel 10 room was available for $550 per night. Not cheap. I was thinking that maybe it was a suite or a super deluxe hotel. Turns out it's an econo hotel in sketchy party of...

Great location. Rooms are nice but our bathroom had peeling paint and broken shower tiles, something I did not expect when paying $350 a night for a hotel room. Overall all hotel staff were great, Sabrina was fabulous; friendly, genuine and helpful. The car service was very convenient and the drivers were always fantastic, happy conversationalists. I had a poor...

We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of our daughter's apartment. While on a main road, there was very little noise. It's style is very modern. We arrived after a long trip, and William the GSA, helped us get into a room early. We enjoyed the plentiful buffet breakfast in a nice setting. We took a short...

This is a very vibrant hotel situated close to the Chinese quarter and the Latin quarter. St Denis is within walking distance and there are many restaurants and bars which accommodate all tastes. The staff go to great lengths to provide excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious and modern.

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
