After a particularly rough start to my trip from Pittsburgh, which included flight cancellations, rebooking on the airlines, delays and a short transfer time through Toronto airport, I was relieved to finally arrive at the hotel. Once I entered the hotel and received a welcome hug from Audrey, all my stress and anxiety disappeared. This is my 3rd time staying...

We just loved Château Fleur de Lys. If you are looking for an authentic Quebec experience, right in the heart of the old city, then you should definitely stay here. The owners are delightful and you can clearly see they've poured their hearts into this property. From the moment you step in the front door, every small detail of the...

Dear Belvie, Thanks a lot for your stay and for this very warm and "spectacular" review on TripAdvisor. ;-) You are right, since 3 years we have put a lot of energy to renovate our hotel in order to create a place really different in terms of decoration, atmosphere, services, etc. Our efforts paid off and have been rewarded during...

We are in the process of travelling across Canada and we started in Quebec City staying in this excellent little hotel. Rooms were very nice with a super comfy bed (my wife said It was the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in). Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. Location was also...

We did have the best room in the hotel, but it was amazing. It had just been refurbished and they had done an excellent job. The views from the room were stunning. Also the location of the hotel is superb, everything was within walking distance. The staff were really helpful and had plenty of suggestions for places to eat and...

Perfect location just behind the Frontenac, walking distance to the centre of town. Our host was absolutely lovely, we were made to feel right at home (she helped with our luggage - no lifts FYI, and let us have a glass of wine in the lounge whilst playing their selection of board games!) Rooms were small but contained everything we...

This hotel is very conveniently located in old quebec city and close to everything. The staff is so helpful and the room is spotless and very charming. I recommend the daily mini buffet breakfast for only 11.00. It consists of freshly baked croissonts and pastries, fruit, meat, cheese, yogurt and toast. You wont be disappointed with this hotel!

Everything about this boutique hotel was awesome and I am so glad to have found it. My husband and I stayed in Quebec City about 5 years ago at Chateau Frontenac. On this trip I was looking for a place that was intimate, personable and unique, and so my Trip Advisor search began. I found a few boutique hotels but...

This was a wonderful place to stay in old city Quebec. Upon entering, you are greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The center spiral staircase is stunning. The room was very cozy with all amenities provided. The use of space in the bathroom was very ingenious. The location can't be beat as it is in short walking distance to anyplace in...

A block from the river, a block from the Château Frontenac, a block from the Citadelle--literally in the heart of everything. Beautifully remodeled combined with amazing service and a classic breakfast makes it well worth the price.

Dear Nathan, Thanks for your stay and for this review on TripAdvisor. We are pleased to read that you found with our hotel the perfect spot in Old-Quebec-City. Indeed, the best way to really experiment Old-Quebec-City is to stay inside the walls or in the Vieux-Port/Petit Champlain District, but it is even better if you can stay in a quiet...
