Service was great from the time we entered until we left. The hotel was built on 1856 so super classic. Rooms are clean but tiny. We weren't there to spend time in our room though. Beds as comfy and room was a bit warm

Dear RB8675309, Thanks for your comment on your most recent experience at the Clarendon. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Size of our rooms is indeed smaller than more modern hotels around but we decided, at the Clarendon, to improve the historic experience within our walls. Everything is designed to be chic with a touch of the...

Hotel Clarendon is a great hotel in a perfect location of Quebec City. For the last 7 years, I have traveled with friends and family to QC and we always have a great time here. Yes, it is not the fully modern hotel but this hotel is great in the overall experience. From valet, to front desk, to the employees...

I randomly chose this hotel, the oldest in Quebec City, for a long weekend stay. The location was ideal for walking anywhere to see the sites of Old Quebec City. The room sizes are reminescent of those in Europe; small but very nice with the usual necessities. There was the option of a breakfast bar or full menu selections and...

The staff are very friendly and helpful! It is extremely clean, and I tend to be pretty picky about that so I was very pleased. Great breakfast and central location! Would book it again in a heartbeat!

Stayed at the Clarendon Hotel for the second time. It is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff is very nice, friendly and professional. The beds are ultra comfortable. Enjoyed a great buffet breakfast on Sunday.

My husband and I just spent 4 days 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. This old hotel has a lot of charm, rooms are small but clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were in the centre of it all within walking distance to everything, and with the Quebec Winter Carnival activities on just not enough hours...

Great location in the old part of the city, friendly and helpful staff, loved the atmosphere of lobby and jazz bar especially. Two twin beds in the room a little tight compared to typical newer hotels but lots of storage space and very high ceilings on the first floor.

If you are at the Hotel Clarendon, there is a little coffee shop across the street and a couple more cafes close by. We walked to all the eateries.

Dear JB789,

Thank you for your question! If you wish to be far from people and noise, I would recommend to you our executive section on 7th floor as there's only 3 rooms on this level.

If you are looking for other categories, do not hesitate to add a request on your reservation. The day before your arrival, it will be our pleasure to assign a room in an area of the hotel which is less occupied.

Do not hesitate to contact our front desk agents to check availability and prices, it will be our pleasure to assist you with your reservation!

Best regards

You will find several banks in the immediate neighborhood which are less expensive to use than a hotel, on site ATM.
