Hotel Clarendon was amazing! What an old World charm! The bed was like sleeping on clouds. The view from my room was so beautiful, overlooking town. A very short and easy walk to a plethora of shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very knowledgable and attentive. You can't go wrong with a stay here!

We arrived to a bell hop meeting us at our vehicle to help us with our bags. My wife was questioning me as to how much we had paid for the stay, it was the beginning of excellent service at the hotel. Our room looked out onto the old streets of the city, with its inviting shops and restaurants awaiting,...

This was my first stay in Quebec City and I couldn't have had a better time. The staff was thoroughly accommodating and I witnessed the most amazing grace under fire from the gentleman at concierge/valet desk. I enjoyed the historical nature of the rooms and they were well maintained for the age of the building. The location was amazing, inside...

Excellent location close to the Frontenac within the city walls. Old-style hotel and fittings/decor, but classy. Renovated bathroom. Rooms are fine though on the smaller side. Unfortunately thin walls let all the sounds of the amorous couple next door through. But good value for money when we stayed in the winter and I would stay again.

I can's say enough about the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The location is excellent if you want to make the old town the centre of your visit. As for the city, don't miss any opportunities to dine out ... every restaurant takes pride in the food and service they provide ... the best restaurants are...

The hotel is in the middle of old town and convenient to everything. We came for the winter carnival, which was only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. To our surprise, they checked us in early which made it possible for my young daughter to take her afternoon nap (Thank you for that...

We booked the Clarendon as an adjunct for an apartment rental half a block away for christmas, as a room for two of our (adult) kids. The hotel is perfectly located for old Quebec, and, for any doubters, in a week stay, we encountered nothing but kindness and helpfulness from every quebecois (sp) we were in contact with, honestly without...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad you enjoyed the Clarendon. As you say, we are right in the heart of Old Québec, in a walking distance to many attractions such as the Chateau Frontenac, Grande Allée and the Harbour. If you enjoyed winter, make sure to try during other seasons as...

My fiance and I recently spent three nights in Quebec City, and stayed at the Hotel Clarendon. With the prices of a room being super reasonable, we were thrilled with the quality of service the hotel offered! The receptionist staff was absolutely incredible, always answered our touristy questions, and would help us with a smile on their faces when we...
