We stayed there over Easter weekend and really enjoyed the location - we could walk to all interesting parts of the city (old city, fortress, harbour, etc.). The hotel itself is really nice - very personal cosy atmosphere, unlike the big chains. And the best was the staff, super welcoming & friendly. Our flight was late and the weather wasn't...

First the staff was really great. Peter and Antoine were excellent, always very helpful helpful and went out of their way to help us over and over. With that said the entire staff was pleasant. The room was very clean, nice, really comfy bedding, great shower and nice toiletries. The window opens too which is nice too, if you like fresh...

We stayed here for the night before our cruise. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and tasty. We were able to walk to the cruise port with our luggage from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband, (13 y.o.) son, and I stayed here 3 nights as part of our Canadian summer trip. We loved this hotel and Quebec. It's walking distance to a lot of sights and restaurants. The service was friendly and attentive. The room spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. Makes me wish I was on another vacation right now...

Spent a short night there. Good place, well situated. Had some difficulty to choose from a river side view or city side view...Quiet, place, love the breakfast buffet, even if it is not always easy to find a spot to sit and eat. Will come back. Nice perk also for electric car owners: I was able to plugin and recharge...

I had a wonderful experience, when I returned to this beautiful boutique hotel. I was upgraded from a Classic room to a Signature room. I appreciated all the attention from the personnel and the little sweat gifts in my room. The personal touch from receiving a welcome note with a little dessert was awesome. As always, next morning breakfast is...

Great hotel. Good location. Great staff. Walking distance to lots of different restaurants and things to do. My wife ended up sick and the hotel staff called a doctor who came to the hotel and wrote her a prescription for antibiotics. Amazing spread for breakfast. Those chocolate croissants...whew! This hotel is in the perfect spot. The rooms are small but nicely done. I found the front staff a little rude. Skip the breakfast and enjoy one of the amazing local spots close by. I wouldn't stay again but I did enjoy my stay.

Love this spot. Hung out in the lobby for hours, enjoying wine at the honor bar while it was snowing outside. It makes for such a comfortable experience, and I really love the ability to serve myself and just relax. Rooms are great too - nice big bathrooms.
