My partner and I stayed at Hotel Le Germain for 4 nights in late November. From check-in to checkout the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby is fantastic with a large fireplace that was always burning. A great spot to warm up after a day out in QC. The included continental breakfast is quite satisfying. We had a... More

We stayed here for four nights. I’ve stayed at the Montreal location and that one is better which is why I’m giving this place 3.5 stars. I do like the historical aspect of the hotel, it gives it some charm. The hotel staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The parking lot is directly behind the hotel so you can... More

We stayed two nights over a weekend. The location was great for exploring the port and old Quebec area all within walking distance. The hotel is very trendy. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the city. When we checked in we had the option of river view or city view which was a nice touch. The room was... More

The front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Room was big and well appointed. Walking distances to several restaurants. In the lower town and quiet and safe neighborhood. Beautiful views from the room. Highly recommend

I stayed here 40+ nights in the last 6 months (business travel). Location is close to many restaurants (while none of the best ones are within immediate distance, a 10-15 min walk will take you to good ones such as Legend and Boulay Bistro) but not smack center of old town as are other hotel options. Pros: -Cozy lobby :... More

We enjoyed three nights in this tastefully decorated small hotel. The hotel is located just outside the Old Town which was easy to walk to. The staff are welcoming and are all bilingual (especially helpful as we do not speak French!). I agree with another reviewer that it is more of an 'adult' hotel, rather than for children, as it... To gain entry to the hotel from the address street, you need to drag your cases up a small flight of steep steps - no door people here as there is in Montreal! You can go in the back entrance without the climb but clearly you don't know that on arrival! Reception were very helpful and furnished the usual maps... More

They checked us in early and showed the route for parking from our previous stay. A polite and well versed staff ensured our stay was all we could ask for. Had a great stay at this property. It has an incredible location, The staff is top notch. The hotel ambiance is perfect. Rooms are decorated very nicely. Bed was great. There is no downside at all to this property. Would stay here again for sure. It is not a place to bring kids. I am coming back.!!!!
