Needs updating throughout, especially the rooms. Large room with refrigerator. Elevator door closes hard and is not safe. It also stopped higher than the entry floor and could cause one to trip. Small pool with no facility to change the wet bathing suits. No drinking water at the pool or exercise room. No chain on individual room doors. It is... More

Bonjour SBurcu, Thank you for your feedback. We took note of your comments regarding drinking water at the pool & gym and will consider your suggestions. There was programming error with the elevator, but it is now resolved. There is an area to change bathing suits at the pool. We will make sure to communicate the information with better clarity... Great experience. Very modern and up-to-date rooms and hotel interior. (Don't judge this book by it's cover...it's not pretty to look at.) Great location...on main road into city (boulevard Laurier). Free parking!!! We simply drove into town (5-10 minutes) and parked in underground garage along road in front of the Parliament (National Assembly). It cost us $12 one day (3-11pm)... More

Very nice clean hotel with reasonable rates..the rooms were large with a sink bar in the room.. We found the Hotel Classique through and online search for a hotel close to old Quebec City. We aren't people who generally book ahead, and when I went in to check it out I was told there was only one room left. We booked it. We had room 823 which had a great view of the area. The room was... More

Cleanand newly renovated rooms with great service. Freeunderground parking but it's tight and not suitable for larger cars. One minor problem was the elevators.theyre really slow and small so when there's crowd going back to their rooms, you'll be waiting for at least 15 in to get in an elevator. The pool is also very clean an mostly quiet. Perfect... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was a great bonus after a long car ride. There was a lifeguard on duty which I have never seen before at an indoor hotel pool. Bring your towel from your room as there are no towels offered at the pool. The rooms were large and well appointed. Beds... More

We booked here as the first stop of the driving day of family vacation. I found the web booking interface confusing. We were booked in for 2 nights by our tour company and the hotel delivered what we needed - a clean, quiet room to sleep in. Mostly a family stay hotel . The receptionist were quite nice and friendly. Convenient place to stay as it is quite centrally located. Breakfast substandard! Nothing to rave about or complain about. I would probably stay there again if they offered a good price.
